Zack Townsend did a Great job on my plumbing while the other 2 gentleman did a great job installing a kitchen faucet and outdoor siding. All with great attitudes and professional work!

David came to my apartment to assess a water heater leak a couple days back. It was a little bit of a mess going through management and having no on-site maintenance available except on Wednesdays. David was very helpful, coming back that first evening to help me drain the water heater so I wasn’t up every 30 minutes as I had been for the previous 2 days to drain the water heater tray to keep it from leaking out from the damaged drain valve.

Mr. David has the patience of a saint, he is a very dedicated master plumber who quite obviously loves his line of work. He went above and beyond to help address the concerns I had and create a more stable solution to our problem.

I needed a new sink installed, Ryan came out and diagnosed that the pipes were beyond repair and new ones would be required which was something I expected. His professionalism and work quality really made this a smooth experience. I am beyond happy with the repair and will definitely be calling Ryan again for any future plumbing needs!

Cole Center did a phenomenal job with our A/C system. Our A/C hadn't been cleaned in many years and Cole was able to do it very quickly and give me some great education on A/C maintenance. We'll be return customers so long as we get to keep having him out to work on our house!

Reddi was a great service provider (customer 9+ years), but has grown too quickly and it’s office staff cannot maturely handle anymore.

We’ve called and emailed 5+ times in the last six months to have a service scheduled with no call back. Said they will schedule after we paid $80 for the original estimate. We paid that, but still no call to schedule the service after weeks.

We ended up calling an alternative provider who’s quote was 1/3 Reddi’s. Recommend you consider your other options.

Extremely professional, no surprises with pricing. Installed a new water heater, and wow!!! Our hot water has never been that good since we purchased our home years ago. Outstanding work!!!

Had an early morning water leak. Called them and was able to get a repair done sooner than expected! Devin was fast and did great work along with great post repair information! I use Reddi for all my plumbing and HVAC needs! Highly recommend!

I asked a them to send a mechanic to look at my washer machine an when he got here he arrived with no tools an right off the back said he would have to charge us 500 for transmission an he didn’t even inspect it long so we called another company,able an ready appliance repair,. They fixed my washing machine in 30 min. An the mechanic showed up with tools very professional an the part he fixed was only 100$ for a coupler motor an transmission was good he said the last mechanic from reddi industries didn’t know what he was doing or he was lying

Your so called plumber was a liar , very dishonest , never figured out the real issue .. all he wanted to do was sell me an entire full house repipe.
If he had actually got into the crawl space to look and figure it he would have known what was going on.
I’ll be sure to let my church know and the small town city I live in to never use this company or use that David guy ever again.
