Devin did a wonderful job in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain the repair and answered any questions I asked.

Called for clogged drain in kitchen, no inspection done. Took one look under cabinets and said they no longer go on top of house to unclog drains and left. No suggestions on how to get this fixed….. no thank you, I will not be emailing or calling your company due to the rudeness of the visit. I did find another company that fixed my clogged drain and they were quick and thorough.

Not only did they perform the service on my AC in a timely and professional manner they took the time to assist me in retrieving a pet that had taken the opportunity to abscond. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Reddi Industries of Wichita is my go to for a myriad of services!!

Yesterday we contacted Reddie to have our water heater replaced. My wife is 64 and I am 70 and are no longer capable of being able to change the water heater in our basement. I took off work to get a water heater and have it available for the technician when he arrived. I then went back to work as the technician arrived and started the job. The problem was the technician was not able to get the water heater up or down the stairway by himself and had to have my wife assist since he didn't have any other help.
The actual installation was good, but the only reason we were willing to pay to have someone do the installation is we weren't capable of doing the actual lifting and moving of the water heater which my wife ended up doing anyway.

I have since been contacted by Reddie and had a positive resolution to the issue which helps maintain my previous positive experiences with their work and ethics.

"Leave a message and we will call you back shortly" - that was a lie.

"You are caller number 2 we will be will you shortly" - 20 minutes later " you are caller number 1 we will be with you shortly" - 30 min later, that was a lie.

Called Benjamin Franklin while still on hold and hold, was still on hold when we had someone on the way typical Steven's establishment.

Jesse was excellent. Once dispatched, he called to say when he would be available the same day. He arrived exactly on time which is rare. He was very professional and got to work immediately. In very little time, he pulled a slug of roots out of the line about 2 feet long. Then he made sure that all of the bathrooms were working and not backing up. After he left we discovered that the kitchen line was still plugged. Jesse came back as soon as possible and cleared the blockage.

The double D's were awesome! They had great attitudes and were ready to work. Very happy with the complete re piping on my house!

We had an our backflow pipe burst. Called Reddi the next day and was able to get a same day appointment to fix the backflow. Other companies had waiting lists ranging from one day to two weeks. Timothy was our technician that came out and fixed everything and winterized our system. He was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

This year I tried to use reddi industries to shut down my sprinkler system as I do every year. It took them three weeks and three dispatchers to schedule it. First two didn't know how many weeks away till they could do the service. The third scheduled two hour window and technician didn't show up or call.

When I called them no one could give me an answer on when he would show up and then tried to say my window was four hours instead of two. It took him another 30 minutes to find out if technician was even available. By that time I managed to find a company cheaper and valued customers time with an appointment.

Reddi industries also is price gouging this service. Sprinkler shut off in 2021 was $85 dollars. Sprinkler shut off in 2022 is $125. A service that takes nearly no materials and takes under 30 minutes increased by over 30%

I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall this year they got more expensive, providing less service, don't value the customers time.

I chose to seek other companies that are credible and provide better value and actually put an interest in the customers time.

Devin came out within 24 hours of us calling. Very professional. Explained things when we asked questions and informed us before doing things. New faucet looks great!!
