Zach was out today to fix two different faucets (kitchen & bathroom). He did an excellent job. He was very personable & knowledgeable. Thank you Reddi Industries once again.

So my experience with this company was in a parking lot. If the technician is the driver I am not confident that their plumbing skills are all that great when they do not know how to give proper right of way or drive on the correct side. Dude you are in the US. Not going to think of this company in the future when I have plumbing needs. Customer service should always be on the employee's mind when driving a company tagged vehicle. Just saying saying. From your customer service expert.

I have used Reddi Industries for my irrigation system maintenance for two years now. I will award one star for the excellent service provided by Dean in the year 2021. He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of things about our system.

My experience this year, 2022, has been very disappointing. I had my sprinkler startup in April by Jerry, including my back flow inspection. I received a final notice letter in July from the city saying that my back flow has not be inspected and is due by 7/22. My wife called Reddi on 7/11 and the person on the phone said it would be taken care of. Was told by the city on 7/13 that they still don't have records. My wife has called Reddi again on 7/13, 7/14, 7/15, and 7/18 to follow up on each persons promise to rectify the problem. The city still does not have records of our inspection. Eddy, Olivia, and Jennifer have all picked up the phone and fallen short of seeing this through. At this point I have paid Reddi for a service that was not provided. It's disappointing that in today's phone call they refused to send a technician out to redo the inspection.

I do not recommend Reddi's services for future needs.

Cody was fast, friendly, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Scheduled an appointment for fencing estimate two days out. Technician failed to show during appointment time. Then texts me saying they don't use anything but cedar. I said I didn't care I just needed an estimate. Technician then begins to ask me questions to complete the estimate via text. So I scheduled an appointment to text someone. Waste of my time and this person doesn't even care. If they were going to be late that's fine just give a heads up. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Excellent service (HVAC tune-up). Technician (Kenneth) was punctual, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. We will be using Reddi for all our appropriate services in the future. Highly recommend.

I was first seen by a Lawn Sprinkler tech and the plumbing issue was beyond his ability as it was more of a plumbing problem and recommended their best plumber, Frank, and I went with that.
When Frank came out he looked over the job well, made his recommendations, listened well to my thoughts and feelings about the situation (having some small plumbing experience myself) and we settled on a very good solution. He also took into account that the pipe problem was an issue from a previous Reddi repair and adjusted the price accordingly, though since I was asking him to go beyond the simple fix I did incur charges I was glad to pay as Frank did an EXCELLENT job for me!

UPDATE: 8/19/2020... Wanted to thank SETH for doing a great and efficient job replacing a shower faucet. I was replacing a very old shower stall and they existing faucet was very corroded and no shutoffs, so I had him add shutoffs (Which are easily accessible from the other side of the wall in an unfinished storage room. He did quick and very good quality work.
I have not had truly bad service from Reddi, and the only issue I had was dealt with professionally and with proper consideration.

I recommend these guys very highly. They might not be the cheapest, but they are a great value for the quality of work done. I think enough of them I actually recommended these guys to my son who was looking for work in their area and was hired by them. I know he's in a good company. :-)

Kenneth did a fantastic job! With 100° weather, 86° in the house, we were very concerned about our elderly parent inside. 30 minutes and we had air again! He was our hero today for sure!

Cole did a great job diagnosing and repairing our furnace. Reddi came out the same day I called for service and they have always been fast and professional. I have also used them for plumbing and garage door installation services and have been happy with those services as well.
