Tim from Reddi quickly diagnosed my issue, and was professional and friendly. He returned the next day with the needed parts and made the repairs.

I’ll always appreciate the fastness of Reddi! Called at 9am this morning and Dave was at my house at 5:30PM. Very friendly service every time I need Reddi to come out. Prices are reasonable! Thank you!

Slowest response time as far as a follow up visit goes. As a property manager I closed the ticket order and had the problem resolved by a 3rd party in 2 days for half the cost.

David was absolutely awesome!! He came right over and fixed our shower. Was so friendly. Will be asking for him by name any time anything breaks.

We had Devin come out and fix a water leak and a sewage drain. We were able to call and have them fixed within just a few hours. Would recommend!

The two men that came out fixed the problem quickly, but they were also quick to leave without any explanation of service, just a quick bill. When the bill was so high, I had to ask him to explain the bill and the man said I could look at my email receipt AFTER paying. When going to look myself to see what they had worked on (because they had not shown me), I noticed all the wires and filter left behind on the floor.

Suzie called the next day to follow-up, which I was glad about, I let her know I felt rushed into paying this large amount with no explanation of what broke/what was fixed. It was a few minutes later she called back to say she was able to refund the service fee and give the feedback to the guys that did the job.

I was trying to hire them to do a clean out on my mobile home . They ended up breaking my clean out and then trying to charge me again to install another one. I just want them to fix what they broke or did not install correctly to begin with. So I guess I’m going to have to go to the courthouse this week and get the civil court involved just get what they broke or did not install correctly fixed. Horrible experience . I’ll never use this company again. Also they left their trash underneath my trailer as picture shows as well.

On what is one of the top 3 highest temperature days of summer 2022. Called Reddi early in the morning and received a very quick call back from dispatch to set up a same day appointment time that I felt was extremely reasonable on what is probably a very busy day for them. Cole, the service tech called in a timely manner to inform on the way. Arrive well within the arrange time slot. Job done professionally and being the second time I have used this company this year. I trust in the workmanship, honesty and fair pricing. Job Well Done!! I would recommend them to anyone. David

Great service, value, and professionalism. Dave did a great job at explaining/communicating the problems I have, what was to be done to and how long that was going to take. This was in contrast to a competitor I spoke with, who's bid was not as competitive, who didn't take the time to explain and was not on time. Overall the Reddit team did a great job and I know who to call if/when I have any AC issues.

Alex came out found my sprinklers that were bad called with estimate finished job he then text me that he closed gates, locked doors ect..this is exactly why I use them.
