We just had some work done by Reddi and Keith Stupasky was the servicer. I have to say if the rest of the workers are like him then thats why they're such a Great Company.. I will recommend Reddi Industries to everybody and will keep using them when needed...

This past weekend our shower unexpectedly had a blockage and needed immediate service. We were fortunate to find Reddi online and they got out to our house for a free assessment of the work within an hour of calling. We received wonderful service by Jesse H. We have (unfortunately) had a lot of plumbing work over the years and this was by far the best individual we have worked with. He has impeccable customer service skills, was incredibly kind and patient in explaining the process and what was going on, and he even did a great job cleaning up after himself. We will certainly be calling Reddi in the future and requesting Jesse. As a bonus, they worked very well with our warranty company which can sometimes be an immediate "no" to service for some companies.

Zach was the tech available to come out and fix the outdoor pipe that burst with the cold weather so we didn’t have to keep the water off to the entire house for very long. So grateful he was available to come over for the fix, and it was a very reasonable price as well! He was kind, efficient, respectful, and explained everything well, including some potential future issues he could spot with our pipes, though was quick to say he wasn’t trying to push more off onto us, just pointing out things to keep an eye on. Thank you!!! :)

We had a new hvac installed in 2020 by a company that was bought out by reddi. The company was Welchs Heating and Air. Their service was fantastic and they stood behind their products and work. Jump forward to 2022 and reddi has bought out the company. We had a coil malfunction on our unit and it ended up leaking on the sub floor of the house. Reddi came out to diagnose the problem and order the parts, which were under warranty. However they only offer a one year service warranty so labor was on us. The coil was replaced and everything seemed fine until later that day the condensate line started dripping from multiple places. I called and they said they would fix it. Their fix was to add glue on top of the joint( which is still leaking) then the tech said he could silicone it. I had to laugh because of the poor workmanship. It should have been replumbed and fixed right the first time. Here we are 4 service calls later and it still has not been fixed properly. Now I understand why they only give a one year labor warranty. If the sub floor needs to be replaced that will be another issue in itself. They have been late on every service call. I understand some jobs take longer than expected but a "heads up" phone call would be nice. We have moved appointments around and took time off work that wasn't necessary because they couldn't show up on time to begin with. I will not be using reddi in the future. One would think a company of that size would have better customer service and better quality work. I will not recommend them to anyone. I just wish the original company we used was still around!

We had a light that needed fixed and Jesse came right out and got what he needed to fix it. We were happy with our services. I do wish they would have gone over price before installation because it was double what we normally pay.

Winterize was so expensive this year compared to the other years. also I was not told about the increase in the winterize. I got the bill and was shocked. I could have went with my HOA which had a great deal with other companies for $60 vs Reddis $125. I do not plan to use Reddi again in the future for winterize.
