Had a technician out to look at a dryer that is under warranty he told me the dryer is fine it is operator error. This guy should not be talking to customers. Will never ever use this company again.

We had a clog in our drain between the kitchen sink and the washing machine due to pulled pork going down the disposal. I called them at 9pm that night and they had someone come out and fix it the next morning! They are very quick and reliable!

Pulled all of our corporate accounts with Reddi Industries due to a $90 bill they sent to collections. Billing department is horrible, especially Susie.
First they tried to tell me that the equipment was out of warranty. I had to call three times for them to honor the extended warranty i paid for when i bought the house. Then the tech said he signed me up for the maintenance package which would include a free heater service in the fall. The invoice specifically said "customer will not pay for 2nd service in the fall'' right at the top. I payed the bill in full. Then they called a few months later after we moved a said i owed $90 more. Sussie with billing said there was nothing they could do, then sent it to collections. She never answers the phone, then calls you over the lunch hours. Horrible customer service, wont be using any of their services again.

Called to ask if they could detect small natural gas leak. Said they could. Guy comes out to my house with nothing but a flashlight in hand. He looked around for 30 minutes and decided he wanted to give me an estimate to replace gas line from outside of my house to mechanical room. Not what I asked for. Went to Home Depot instead and found a gas leak detector instead, found leak in less than 5 minutes.

The lawn service is terrible. Poor quality. Leave large ruts in yard, damage gutters and down spouts and don’t inform you when they have damaged things. Poor billing services. Poor customer care and at time just totally unprofessional. The electrical service guys were absolutely great although their rates are higher than most. Do not recommend lawn service for sure.

Plumber did great work on our water heater. But office charged us $50 inspection fee and 1 month later has never scheduled the inspection with the city. Business office refuses to help or straighten out the inspection. In addition, inspection fee is only supposed to cost $35. Leaving this review after numerous phone calls and receiving no help from their business office. City of Wichita requires an inspection after a water heater installation.

The guy showed up on the wrong day to talk about garage door prices. He left the brochures but no business card. I tracked down who he was the next day and worked out options on the garage door. And they had a much better price and a much faster delivery time than the competition. So I ended up going with them anyway. But a little bit of advice. Double check the day you're supposed to meet with the client. And be sure to include a business card.
