Excellent service by Dean Nestor technician! He resolved my issue & saved me money! Called on his way and the office called me & emailed me to advise he was running late to my house on a Saturday. AND they let me post date a check for services. Talk about putting the customer first! And Dean cared about my experience he took the time to give me options and he wasn't in a rush. Amazing customer service Reddi! I will call again! This was work to be done by the City's request so I now have less stress thanks to Reddi, I can't be more happy!

I had to have a whole new water heater installed. I called one day, they were out the next at the time they had advised. They let me know when they were on the way. Jacob was professional, fast and very nice. I had all this done in one morning for what I consider a good price. I would use them again any time

This company is very professional and always show up for appointments as scheduled. I would recommend them for heating and air conditioning needs. Kenneth was our serviceman. He is very thorough and explains what he is doing and goes over the checklist on my furnace. He is very knowledgeable and I feel confident and trust him.

A flooded back yard is not something you want too wake up to, yet that was the situation. One call to Reddi before hours was answered and was promised a return call shortly after 8 am. This happened right on time, they arrived earlier than promised and we're able to complete my repair the same day. The service technician was professional and courteous. Thanks for a job well done.

I called to receive help with a sprinkler system valve rebuild. Andrew called back in 15 mins and said he was en-route to me. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. He quickly assessed my issue, and offered suggestions of how it could be fixed. Although he could not do the work for several days, I scheduled with him. In the meantime, I fixed the issue myself. I will, however, be using Reddi in the future when I have sprinkler system issues - mainly because of the experience I had with Andrew. Many thanks for the great service!!

Dean did a first rate job with our Spring irrigation system startup. He checked every head for coverage, did all the adjustments, and was thorough and professional throughout.

Mike C and Scott replaced our sump pump. I called about 10 AM and they were able to get here at 12. Really fast turnaround. Even explained how my current backup battery system worked and managed to replace the pump and re-connect the backup system. Gave me peace of mind that it’s all taken care of. 👍🏻

We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon. Reddi Industries were one of only a very few who took our phone call and were willing to help us. They were reasonable considering it was on a weekend and considered an emergency. Technician arrived when they said he would be. He was polite, knowledgeable and took care of our problem rather quickly. Thank you!!!

They're very dependable. We were able to reach them immediately on a holiday weekend night when our water heater failed and began leaking profusely. They had someone there the next morning with a replacement, which we definitely needed as the leaking model was very old.

Frank Demara was the plumber dispatched and he did a fantastic job! He was clearly very experienced and he specifically handles water heaters. The job was done very quickly and we had hot water by afternoon. The price was definitely fair and there were no extra charges for calling after-hours or installing on a Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.

They've replaced our central air and furnace over the last several years and we've been very pleased with their service.

We recently had our water backflow inspected and updated. Jerry, with Reddi, did a fantastic job! He was extremely kind, polite, and professional. We're new homeowners, and we had no idea how the system worked. Jerry was more than happy to take a little extra time out of his busy day to help us understand our irrigation system! We will absolutely be using this company again.
