Kelley & Dawson Service

Our A/C was running but not cooling. When Gage arrived, he was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem and had the house cooling off before I got home from work. He talked to my husband about the humidifier and explained how it worked. He also told him about the maintenance plan. These are really great folks, so friendly and affordable. Call them day or night and they will fix you up!!

Caleb Higgins was very knowledgeable and explained the faulty part and how replacing it will get my heater back up and running. It is 7 degrees outside tonight. My home was 50 ddegrees.I would recommend Kelley & Dawson for quick, reliable, and honest service.

Ben came out to my house the same day that I called and discovered that my unit was low on refrigerant. He was able to get my unit Cooling and I can finally feel cold air in my house again. I am impressed with the timeliness and quality of work. Steve and Gage came in on time and replaced my 20 year old AC and heater. BJ was great to work with and I am very happy. They were professional and answered all my questions.

Even though i did not purchase a new unit with them, i wanted to give BJ, the sales rep, 5 stars for taking the time to come out and give me the estimates i needed. Very friendly and polite. Most of all, he was very professional. I happened to find a better deal for a certain model but i would highly recommend to friends and families for their service.

The installation went off without a hitch, the guys were great, and the equipment looks amazing, and is much quieter than what they replaced. Kudos to Kelly & Dawson who have been regularly servicing our furnace for over a decade. A nice young man (Randy) came to the house Monday (Oct. 22nd) and did the company's usual efficient job. Our highest compliments to Randy and the company.

I called Kelley & Dawson at 8:05am because our AC went out. Chad was at our door by 8:30. Within thirty minutes we were up & running again. He even had the part on his truck. Great service. Great company.

We purchased a 3 speed Trane heating and cooling system from Kelley & Dawson about 5 years ago along with a twice a year service and inspection. We love the variable speed which keeps our temperature constant year around in every room of our house. We have been very pleased and would recommend Trane and Kelly & Dawson.

Caleb was our specialist. He returned my call promtly, advised me of the rates and arrived at our residence quickly. Caleb was friendly and quickly found the problem and replaced the broken part.
