Roger is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure the system you have is the system you need. The support staff are always very friendly and do a great job servicing my system every 6 months. it keeps everything a good working order and saves on repairs down the road.

In short one of my a/c units went out at midnight last night .(Saturday)
Called after hours service and technician called me promptly this morning (Sunday)
This technician was here within twenty minutes .
The technician Rudy is top notch .
He was fast, extremely efficient and knowledgeable and exceptionally polite .Explained everything as well .
He demonstrate a very high level of expertise.
I will definitely use this company again and kudos to Rudy

Tech came same day and within 30 minutes of my call. Saved the day. Furnace not blowing hot air with freezing temps outside. So grateful. Caleb was professional, kind and courteous. Would use them again!

BJ came to our home to give us an estimate. He was professional and polite. No high pressure sales tactics here. Michelle was amazing answering all my many questions and was very personable. Gage was the A/C tech and Steve was the furnace tech. They answered all of my questions. These two guys are experts in their field.We purchased brand new Trane units (which is what Consumer Reports recommended). This company is "class" from top to bottom. And I didn't have to spend one second cleaning up any messes left behind when the job was completed. I will be doing business with these folks from this day forward. PERIOD.

Our retrofit from steam heat to central heat and air went very well. We we're very concerned about respecting the architectural aspects of our vintage 1928 home. BJ spent considerable time working with us coming up with a plan, both, accommodating our wishes and insuring a solid system. All work was executed as promised, in a timely manner and by a friendly team. We are pleased and grateful.

Ben from Kelley & Dawson was out this morning to do my annual A/C maintenance and cleaning. Did an exceptional job and I appreciate it. I highly recommend K&D for furnace and A/C work of any type.
