Kelly and Dawson heating and cooling were not only timely with coming out to service our ac unit but very professional and informative on our options for repairing the system. Chad was our technician and was great. Would recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy ac repair company.

Steve and Gage arrived at my home around 9:00 am on Monday, to replace our air pusher, and heat pump. Both of these guys were very polite ,mannerly and professional. They had everything installed and operating by 2:00 pm. I would call Kelley & Dawson again, because they seem to be a top notch company.

These gentlemen were early for their scheduled appointment! Professional and moved with a purpose. New blower and miscellaneous installment in 3 hours....excellent. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this company!! I called on a Wednesday morning, had the owner come give me a quote Wednesday afternoon and my ac was installed by Thursday afternoon, during a heat wave!! The crew and staff are so friendly and helpful, the customer service is phenomenal!! I highly recommend this company!!

Last week BJ, from Kelley and Dawson came out to the house and gave me a quote to replace our 23 year old heating and AC system, along with the old humidifier. Today, three trucks rolled up to the house (exactly when they said they would be here). They laid drop cloths down and went to work. In about 5 hours all of the old equipment was gone, all debris rolled up in the drop cloths, and now sitting here warm and extremely comfortable on a 27 degree day outside. The three technicians, Gage, Caleb, and John, were professional, efficient, and extremely nice to deal with. In a world today where it seems like customer service has gone out the window, that is not the case with this company. They answered all of my questions and even made some changes to my duct work at no additional cost. To top it all off, of the three quotes I received, they were the least expensive by several hundred dollars. This will be the company I use for any future heating and air needs.

We have had Kelley & Dawson taking care of our heating and air system for 10 years now. We trust them implicitly. We have a yearly service agreement that saves us money with twice yearly inspections. We wouldn't do business with anyone else!! Ben is so knowledgeable and keeps our systems running smoothly.

My airconditioner had worried me for so many years. It was absolutely inefficient costing our family so much money each summer.. I was looking for a Trane airconditioner. Kelley & Dawson installed the new airconditioner so quickly and I couldn't be happier. Our new Trane Air Conditioner hardly has to run at all to keep our house cool and our electric bills have been less since our ac was installed. I highly recommend this company.

The service was predictably wonderful. As I had a maintenance task that I couldn't accomplish, I called the company and after explaining that I was unable to access the filter cage, I was was told that someone could come out within a short time. The service man was very nice and worked quite awhile to make the filter more easily accessible. He insured that I could remove the slide/door to the "cage" with much more ease than in the past seven years during which I had to use a hammer and pliers to pull the door up.

We are super happy with Air Conditioner repair done by Kelley & Dawson Service Tech Chad Shepler today. We are especially happy he took our after hours call last night, came to our home around 8 PM and diagnosed the problem. As promised, Chad called this morning to confirm the repair parts were available and to schedule the time he would be here this afternoon to fix the AC. Thanks so much Chad!
