    We began using Kelly & Dawson in June 18 based on a recommendation from a friend. We signed up for the maintenance contract and received our reminder call in December for our furnace check up. Our tech was on time and did a thorough inspection finding a crack and rust on the heat exchange unit. He explained the potential hazards of continuing to use our current furnace. He then provided a quote for a replacement unit and the many options available. We agreed upon the right units, both heating and air conditioning, to install and signed the contract. Three days later the team installed the new systems in just over 3 hours. The entire team was very professional. We are extremely happy with the service provided and glad we have chosen Kelly & Dawson to be our HVAC contractor!

    Plenty of experienced techs, 24/7. K&D values their techs, check out Christmas on their Facebook page. Steve and Gage did my install. Always working while answering my questions. No lunch breaks together, 1 always working. Hauled off my old doghouse, which had nothing to do with my install. Even just the little things, like resetting my new thermostat to my preferred settings. Quote was so good, I added onto my total bill with more products/services. BJ the owner popping in and out, Michelle in the office always available to answer my questions, be it via email, phone call or text. This is exactly what you want in a company. And we all know, nothing stops a Trane.

    Last year my furnace went out. I called Kelley & Dawson and they promptly sent Chad out to diagnose the problem. I unfortunately had to replace the unit, but he explained what had happened and what my options were clearly and fully. By the afternoon, he had a new unit in place and I had heat again!! Fair pricing, excellent service and you are treated like family! So glad I chose Kelley & Dawson!!

    I have been very pleased with the service from Kelley and Dawson. Their service people have always been professional and friendly. Rudy came out today to service my furnace. He has been here before. He is always courteous and respectful and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Called on a Sunday morning, on Valentine's day, in a snow storm and temperatures below zero. Our heater went out at 3 am. Gage was there by 11 am and had it fixed within the hour or so. We are extremely grateful as the windchill were approaching -20 the next few days. I highly, highly recommend Kelley and Dawson Service to anyone.

    These people really saved the day. Had a horrible time dealing with another service company from my home warranty and I didnt trust them, so I called Kelley and Dawson in for a second opinion. They were super thorough and efficient in their work and immediately realized that my furnace heat exchanger was cracked and unsafe when the other company said it was good to go. Everybody from the lady on the phone setting up the appointment to the technican were super professional.

    I just got my fall furnace check today. I am always pleased with the service technicians who have come out over the years. I bought a/c and furnace 5 years ago and everything is going strong. My electric and gas bill have been noticeably less. When I call in the office staff are very kind and I appreciate that too. I would recommend Kelly and Dawson to anyone who needed service.

    Six years ago, I was faced with the fact that my heating and air conditioning units had to be replaced. Being a single female homeowner, I felt so overwhelmed during the decision process until I met with Kelley & Dawson. The technicians were courteous and the installation was fairly seamless. I make sure the units are checked yearly. Everyone I’ve come in contact with at Kelley & Dawson have been true professionals. Michelle is wonderful at conveniently scheduling my maintenance, and giving me reminder calls. I have experienced a worry-free relationship with Kelley & Dawson knowing that if anything goes wrong, all I have to do is call.

    I had to buy a new HVAC system early summer 2018. They got it all done before 1:00pm. Only issue I had is the wires were not lock nut tight so the system would keep shutting off. Once the wires were properly connected and tight it worked just fine. Easy fix. I received free fall and spring maintenance for the first year. Ben was the technician for the Spring cleaning and he was great explaining how easy it is to clean the coils.
