Our furnace quit working a few weeks ago, my husband called Cooks but they couldn’t make time to work on it. I told my husband I was going to call Kelley/Dawson because they had very good reviews. The receptionist was polite, understanding and actually listened to what I was saying. She dispatched Ivan within an hour. Ivan Treto was very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem. He articulated the issue perfectly, gave me multiple options with pros & cons. I was very impressed by his persona & work ethic. I highly recommend Kelley-Dawson for all your heating/AC needs!

Their service people are the best. They are always prompt. They explain what was needed, and they had taken care of it. Michelle, who you talk to when you need an appointment is so very nice.

Responsiveness, effectiveness, and excellent customer service describes this company. Caleb went above and beyond with helping us with our AC issues on a Saturday evening. Beyond grateful for their service and we will continue to use Kelley and Dawson in the future.

I've used Kelley & Dawson Service for the past 12 or so years and won't use anybody else. They are very responsive to my heating and cooling needs and almost always have somebody available to respond to emergency calls. BJ, Michelle, Ben, Caleb, and the whole staff are always pleasant to work with. I highly recommend their service!

We use Kelley and Dawson for all of our HVAC needs. They have bid two separate installations for us and gave us the best price each time. We were 100% satisfied with their work. Tonight the pvc pipe that drained water from the unit backed up. I didn’t know what was going on and called after hours. Their on call technician, Caleb, came out and quickly fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable, and bonus, very polite as well! This family owned business has gained our loyalty. We wholeheartedly recommend Kelley and Dawson!

Today, I had our fall service furnace check scheduled. I got a call about 30 minutes before the technician arrived and he arrived right on time. Caleb was professional, courteous and personable. I appreciate knowing how equipment works and Caleb was good at explaining what he was doing, what the readings were telling him and why it was important. I have the confidence going into the winter that my heating unit is in good shape and should get me through the season without any problems. I can now sleep well (and warm) at night. In the middle of the night in August on a Friday I woke up to a hot house. In the morning we called another company we had used before and they said they would probably not be able to make it out but would try......We had company coming over that Saturday night and would have to cancel if we could not find someone to come out. I called Kelley & Dawson. They had a tech call me right away, Caleb Higgins and he said he could come out that Saturday morning and take a look. He arrived within 1 1/2 hours of talking to him, fixed the problem within 30 minutes and had us up and running. Caleb was so nice and polite and did a great job!!! We will definitely remember this kind of service and call them in the future. Thank you for saving our weekend Caleb!!

On Saturday July 20, one of the hottest days of the year, our upstairs air conditioner unit quit working. I immediately picked up the phone to Kelly & Dawson hoping they would be able to help. With summer heat on and many homes experiencing ac issues I didn't expect to receive service for at least a couple days. After speaking with the receptionist I received a call back from Caleb within two minutes. Caleb asked several questions regarding our issue to help diagnose the issue. Caleb then indicated he would arrive to our home within 30 minutes. Upon arrival he quickly and efficiently began to review our units and identify the issue. He was prepared with the correct part, reviewed our second unit recommending a quick fix and cleaned both units all within an hour. On top of that he offered a program to review our outside units and furnaces that covered the current work and saved money overall. Kelley & Dawson and Caleb saved our weekend! Thank you for the quick support. We'll see you in the Fall for our furnace tune-up!

I called Kelley & Dawson because our a/c wasn’t getting as cool as I like it. They were here within 30 minutes. Brian did a great job getting it back up and running cold again, even while dodging the wasps. Sorry about the wasps, Brian!!!! Highly recommend Kelley & Dawson for your air conditioning services.
