I will recommend Kelley & Dawson to any homeowner that needs a trustworthy, competent company for their h.v.a.c. needs.
We had a a/c unit and furnace that was 24 years old and this year the a/c failed. It was not a convenient time for us to be without a/c.
Going on a recommendation, we had Kelley & Dawson do the installation. We didn't have time to get multiple estimates, and trusted Rudy and Caleb to do the work.
Michelle in the office made arrangements for the installation asap. The guys performed the work and treated the project with attention to detail, efficiency, and concern for our cooling needs. Everything was completed as promised. A job well done and I'm confident this is just how Kelley & Dawson do business. Making their customers feel like they are the #1 priority.

Great company! Very responsive, timely, upright and honest. I needed a replacement of my HVAC. The owner came to my home and was very thorough explaining the options. So happy I chose this family-owned business. BJ and Michelle are awesome!! They treat you like family and go above & beyond and are very patient in explaining everything. Steve and Gage were extremely professional! They explained all new parts of our AC and were clean and professional! They left our home and yard very clean. We appreciate all the work they did and vare very pleased!

I cannot say enough great things about the wonderful people of Kelley and Dawson! In the past two months I have called them to two different residences, for two different reasons and they were honest, fair, and reasonable. They do not want to sell you a part you do not need and will listen to your concerns and address them to you. I was offered a great explanation of the problems with my units, and they were both fixed promptly. The last call I made to them I had a tech at my doorstep in 15 minutes. I needed a new AC unit so I put out for three bids. Kelley and Dawson wasn’t the highest or lowest bid they were right in the middle. What sold me is the time and care the Kelley and Dawson technician took inspecting my old system, taking measurements, writing down careful notes, etc. He was kind of an older fellow and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Also the old unit had a Kelley and Dawson sticker and it had lasted much longer than normal before it went dead. When the new unit was installed this same technician came by to inspect everything and make sure the installers did a good job. Later when the city inspector came out I told him about this very thorough technician who personally saw to the quality of the work. The city inspector fellow told me Kelley and Dawson is one of the best in all of Wichita and furthermore that “technician” was actually the owner of the company! Apparently the owner of Kelley and Dawson personally makes sure every system is done right. City inspector fellow went down to my basement with a flashlight, looked the installation over for literally like less than a minute, declared it was a top quality job, and signed off the paperwork. Amazing service from Kelley and Dawson and the new unit has worked perfectly so far. My top rating for Kelley and Dawson. -Paul Klusman

At the Kelley & Dawson office Michelle has gone the extra 5 miles to help me complete insurance paperwork. Michelle has been very professional, helpful, and fun to talk with. I really appreciate all the time that she has spent with me.

Chad, Ben, and Caleb are the 3 technicians that have been to my home. All 3 are very professional, friendly, and have a good sense of humor. All 3 have passed the test that our dogs put every stranger through. All 3 have walked in, out, and around of my home without causing any problems or damage. They always took the time to close the door without slamming it which I was impressed with, and they had the respect to do it without being asked to do so.

Chad has been to my home to work on things with only my wife present and she told me that she was comfortable around him and that Chad is a great guy.

Talking with my friends and coworkers the prices that Kelley & Dawson charge sound like a very good deal and I think I may have helped Kelley & Dawson gain more customers based on their prices.

I’m not sure if my old air conditioner was old and inefficient or if the new unit is just that good but I will get cold if I am next to a vent when the new air conditioner turns on. I have started to move away from the vents when they are blowing cold air because it is working so dang well.

Kelley & Dawson didn’t try to oversell me any new equipment. We chose the new unit based on real world needs and we are very happy.

I plan to be a Kelley & Dawson customer for the rest of my life.

All of my interactions with this company have been great and 100% professional.
A technician visited my home and fixed the ac unit. My wife was home alone because I had appointments at work I needed to make. The wife was impressed with the technician being knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She told me that we will be using Kelley & Dawson again in the future.
The technician showed up on time and didn't waste any time getting things fixed. He was able to stay in contact with me via phone before his arrival and while I was at work in order to solve our problems .

Very very happy today!

My AC unit stopped working, so I called Kelley & Dawson Service expecting to make an appointment several days out. They sent a technician the same day. He was very competent getting right to the root of the problem and performing the necessary repairs quickly. He was also very personable. I recommend them without hesitation.

We had the pleasure of having our fall furnace checkup done by the Kelly-Dawson firm. The tec. (Chad) that did our service did a GOOD JOB and was very nice to talk to! When I called for the service I was very pleased to have the phone rep that setup the service offer a date that was only two days from my request! We plan on this firm to be on the list of "have again" to do our AC/furnace work!
