Kelley & Dawson Service

Our AC stopped working a few weeks ago. Of course it had to go out at about 8:00 at night during the hottest stretch we've had yet this summer. Our house was 90 degrees by morning! I was dreading what was going to happen during the day the following day while my wife and kids were scheduled to be at home all day. I desperately called about six different AC service companies that night and early the following morning and had yet to receive any answers or any response. I would have paid about anything to the first person that could get the thing fixed. I was whining about it when I arrived at the office in the morning and a coworker recommended Kelly & Dawson so, of course, I called immediately. I actually got a person on the phone on my first call and they had a technician at my house and the AC up and running in about two hours for a very reasonable rate. I definitely know who I will be using for all of my future heating & AC needs. Thank you Kelly & Dawson for your super fast service, and for saving this guy from very miserably overheated wife and children.

My mom and dad used Kelley & Dawson, and I, too, use their services. They're trustworthy, honest, dependable; and all the guys are personable. Chad is here right now doing my fall service check. He's a total hoot! I've been with them so long guys have retired on me, namely Mark. We had some good conversations, too. You can count on this company to do right by you.

Ben came up with a solution to a problem that other companies didn't, saved us money and it worked great. He is the one who comes out for our service, without us asking for him. So, this company seems like small business, but it is actually well run and fairly priced. They don't have to run coupons and fake deals to get business-- one visit and you feel the quality service, especially if you've experienced the other local heating and air companies.

I can't say enough about the service that Brian from Kelley & Dawson provided today. My very old AC was not cooling so I called them. Long story short, he checked it and realized it was shot and I needed a new one. He explained that it would take several days to get it installed because they are backed up, and I almost started crying because my daughter, son-in-law and 6 month old grandson are arriving on Sunday from San Francisco for a two week visit. I couldn't imagine their discomfort in this heat. Brian had a remedy and he made it happen - he got a temporary unit from their office and within an hour, had it installed and working, so I will have cool house until the new unit can be installed. I can't say enough good things about Kelley & Dawson. Thank you!!

The gentlemen that worked on our air conditioner were so professional. They answered my questions thoroughly. They did such an amazing job for us. Comfort and peace of mind. Polite and professional service. Reasonable annual contract fee. Caleb did the fall check-up today and, like all the other Specialists K&D has sent to my house over the years, he was quick and thorough.

I called with an issue at 8am, and they had a Technician, Ben, out by 9:30am.
Not only did he quickly fix the A/C, he also perfomed yearly maintenance on the Heater.
He kept me informed as he worked, so I was not surprised by the bill.

I just can't say enough good things about Kelley & Dawson. They were the only company I called when my A/C cratered last week that could come out the same day. Turned out the entire system had died of old age and needed to be replaced. Their estimate was right in the ballpark and I felt good about having them install a new system. The staff is helpful, courteous and professional. It's a pleasure doing business with them.
