Kelley & Dawson Service

Excellent service time and time again! We have a maintenance contract with Kelley & Dawson and they keep us in great shape. They are always ahead of the game when it comes to scheduling maintenance check-ins, and their specialists - especially Ben, who usually services us - are never anything short of courteous and well-trained.

We have had a service contract with Kelley & Dawson since we purchased the house in 2005. They have always been professional and dependable. The service has been excellent and reliable. The office staff and the maintenance and repair personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They installed and have provided maintenance for our Trane HVAC for many years. I am happy to recommend them.

After our AC went out in the heat of summer, Kelley & Dawson came right out. We used them to install a new furnace and AC. I was very pleased with their professionalism and willingness to get the new system installed on such a short timeframe. Highly recommend Kelley & Dawson

Kelley & Dawson has always offered incredible service and support. I trust them completely with all my HVAC needs. Today Brian came out for my spring service and went above and beyond. There has been a piece of plastic sheeting in one of my vents since I bought my home that rattled around any time the furnace or AC was running. My young children would wake up scared every night because of “the monster” in the wall. I was ready to cut the wall open to figure out what it was, but I mentioned the sound to Brian and in just a few minutes he had it taken care of. I’m thrilled!

I've used Kelley & Dawson services for 20 years. I recently reviewed several companies to replace my furnace and air-conditioner. They are priced competitively and did a superb job in quickly removing and installing the new units. Technicians are professional, courteous and always prompt. I wouldn't trust any other company for my home's HVAC needs.

Kelley & Dawson installed our furnace/air conditioning 11 years ago and have been doing followup maintenance checks since then. Have always been very satisfied with the product, and with their work and customer service attitude, from Michelle in the office to the servicemen who come to the house.
Today Ben was the serviceman, and did a great job. Arrived promptly, appeared knowledgeable and experienced in what he was doing. He answered my questions about the furnace, was pleasant and professional through it all. When he identified a part that was getting weak, he informed me of the options and gave me the choice on what to do about it. We have been very happy with this company, and I don't know why we would ever go anywhere else for furnace and air conditioning needs.

I want to give Kelley and Dawson Service, especially Ben Stukey, my highest praise and deepest gratitude for their service and commitment to excellence. My furnace went out sometime during the night on a Friday so I called Kelley and Dawson Service Saturday morning. Ben promptly called me back within 15 minutes and was able to come straight out to fix my furnace within 30 minutes. From calling to having heat within a couple of hours was amazing for a Saturday morning! Thanks again Ben!

I have been using their services for years. Everyone at Kelley & Dawson are very friendly and thorough. I just had new heating and air installed. They arrived promptly and had me up and running in not time.

The A/C for the house stopped cooling and after already having a different repair service cancel I called Kelley & Dawson Service. They had a specialist out within a few hours and Chad had the problem fixed in under half an hour, complete with a new air filter and some helpful planning for a new unit. Quick, responsive, and friendly!

Michelle from the office was very courteous. She let me know from the beginning the number that would be calling me back to let me know when the service tech would be to my house. Ben (the tech) was here within 15 minutes from when she called me and within 3 hrs of my initial call. He had it fixed within 2.5 hrs.

Ben did a great job keeping me informed of what he had found and what he needed to do to get my ac fixed. He was very professional and left the area as clean as he found it
