Fenix Heating & Cooling

From start to finish I was super impressed with Fenix. They got to me quickly, did the work quickly, and were THREE TIMES cheaper than one of the other places I looked at! They gave me an estimate, and that is exactly what I paid. Couldn't be happier with the job done, or the entire experience. Will only be dealing with them in the future.

I want to start off by saying that this is the best place in town to get your HVAC system from. They work with you from day one, any specific request or anything they will work with you and are very laid back. Not only do the want to just install your HVAC system but they want to do it at your convince and i could see that by the way they went about things. They will make it easy getting a new system installed at your house and will do it for a good price. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Fenix

Called at 7:30 am on a Sunday. They called me back within an hour. Then the technician was out and had the AC fixed right away. Couldn't ask for better service! Fyi his name was Eric.

I was referred to Fenix by a relative, and after sourcing several bids from other companies, we selected Fenix. From the initial sales conversation, to completion of the instal, this company was incredibly professional, conscientious, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

I just had our HVAC system replaced and the experience to date has been fantastic. Cory was extremely helpful on the sales side and Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job of removing the old system and installing the new.

Luke (co-owner and sales rep) stopped by during the install to see how things were going, and if I had any questions. Jeff and Greg (installers) confirmed they had all the parts needed before starting...and did top-notch quality work. I'm completely satisfied from start to finish. Thanks!!!

We called Fenix Heating & Cooling last month and asked them to come look at our air conditioner on our house as it was not cooling very well. When the technician showed up he told us it needed freon. He added the first lb. and started adding a second lb. before telling us the freon was $125.00 for the first pound and around $105.00 for the second lb. He never found a definate leak when we asked him where the approx. 2 lbs.of freon went to that was missing. He charged us extra to test for the leak and also did not clean out the condenser. One of the first things you would expect when doing a service call. Not impressed at all..... their service advisor should at least be telling people that the cost of R-22 has gone through the ceiling when scheduling appointments. I called around and the normal price of R-22 is $30-40 per lb. and some places are still charging that until they run out. As I understand, it is being replaced by another product.

Fantastic people. It was a pleasure working with Luke throughout the entire process and new system install. Highly recommend Fenix for all your HVAC needs, couldn't be more satisfied with their efforts.
