We had a great experience using Fenix to replace our old AC/Furnace unit. They offered the best pricing and financing options and did not try to sell us additional products or upgrades that may not have been beneficial for us. They do not use sales reps that are paid by commission. We really appreciated Cory, one of the owners, who actually came out and provided our free estimate. He was professional, honest, and responsive going through the whole process. 10/10 recommend!

Fenix is a highly dependable company, and it's service is always consistent and professional. Dalton recently came for a maintenance of my system appointment, and the manner in which he cleaned my outdoors unit was impeccable. He truly went above and beyond the average maintenance. I really appreciate the hard work he devoted to the task. He also brought to my attention that one of the parts in the unit was still within performance standards, but at the bottom of the safe range. After discussing the issue, I decided to have him replace the part. He is so honest that I felt very comfortable making the decision. Fenix initially installed my system, and has maintained it for 13 years. I am totally satisfied with Fenix's service, and Dalton, who is a wonderful representative of the company!

I had Fenix Heating & Air installed a new heat pump and air handler at my home. Cory came to my home, sized the equipment needed, made sure all would fit in the necessary location and gave me a reasonable quote on the price. I had quotes from other companies, but Fenix came in with this best equipment and price. The Lennox equipment (with variable fan speed) is working great and is very quiet. The crew that did the install were on time and professional.They had the old equipment removed and the new equipment installed by the late afternoon. If you need a new A/C or furnace for your home, give Fenix a call and give them the chance to earn your business.

I am so happy with the Fenix team, they were friendly, upfront, honest and I knew the cost of our issue before they arrived. From calling after hours to installation I enjoyed every person we dealt with. I am so thankful our house is no longer 90°! At no point did I feel like just another customer or like an annoyance to them which seems to be the norm anymore!

We are very pleased with the installation and performance of our new Air Conditioner, Furnace and Thermostat. The installers were on time, took care of our carpet and flooring while installing. They kept me updated during the installation (I work from home) and finished in one day- on time.

Also, I love the new system, it’s extremely quiet, even temperature through the house and very comfortable. I can’t really convey how happy we really are with this. More than I could have ever expected.

This is the first time our basement has been comfortable since we moved in, 14 years ago!!

We had Fenix install our Lennox HVAC system when we built our house 22 years ago. System was still functioning but AC needed an upgrade. We decided to purchase a complete new system, AC, Furnace, Lineset and WiFi Thermostat. What a great system and great price. Chris and Cody were our installers and the guys were top notch. They did the job in a day, were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Like they were never there. Haven't tried the Furnace yet, except for the initial test, but the AC with variable speed fan is fantastic. Thanks for a great experience, Cory! Highly recommend!!!

They did an excellent job all the way through the process. Luke returned our initial call promptly and made an appointment to come out and talk to us. At the appointment He went over all of our options thoroughly so we knew exactly what our choices were. After our selection, they scheduled the appointment quickly. The gentleman who came out for the installation were very thorough, polite and very conscientious about any mess they might make. The installation way quick and they explained everything they were doing. Are they taught us how to operate the system and we are very happy with everything. We highly recommend them

Our AC decided it was going to quit in the hottest part of summer. A call to Fenix Heating & AC quickly got us going, but the dreaded "it's going to need major work or a new unit" words were uttered. Not a shock as our unit was old. Thankfully, Fenix made the process as painless as possible. Even helping us with a portable unit to help us limp through till they could get a new unit installed. Working in the HVAC field for years, I am aware of how busy this time of year can be and I am VERY appreciative they could work us in. Fenix was a joy to work with from salesman Cory, to 3 different techs (Wes, Damon, & Al) helping us to limp through and after installation fine tuning, to the installers Curtis and Wayne. The office was on top of letting us know when to expect everyone. They let me know about Lennox financing to help ease the financial burden. They were all friendly, professional, prompt and courteous. Even after long days at work in the heat. We bought the Lennox Elite 96% AFUE Furnace 2 stage variable speed with 16 seer Condensing 2 stage unit, coil, and Lennox Icomfort Thermostat which I love.Thank you to the Fenix team! Please use them. You will not regret it.
