Fenix Heating & Cooling

Wouldn't you know the day Fenix was to arrive, the weather was inclement. That didn't stop them from doing their job. They arrived promptly on the scheduled date and time that was set. There were two installers since we were having both heating and air completed. They were both courteous and worked well together. As they began to work, our electricity went out due to the weather. They did not complain and they continued to work in the dark with their flash lights. After the installation was complete, they explained the system details clearly and ask if we had any questions. We are so pleased with the work completed and the system itself. The system is much quieter than our previous one and we love the new thermostat. We certainly appreciate our experience with Fenix and would recommend them to our best friends!!

Really great experience with Fenix heating and cooling! They answered all our questions in a timely manner before the install and did the initial install within one day, even though the weather outside wasn't great. And when we had an issue with the unit, they went out of their way to make it right! Highly recommend their services!

The men who came to my house were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They installed the system quicker than they estimated and left the area very clean. Also, their prices were very competitive. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I’ve used Fenix for years for fixing anything that broke but when it came to buying a whole new furnace and ac unit I decided to shop around. With 5 quotes from other companies, Fenix still had the best price. No pushy salesman either like some of their competitors. Here on time, installed both, cleaned up and answered every question I had about my new system. Will highly recommend them to everyone I know !!

I was given a thorough review and explanation of my options with regard to replacement heating and cooling units and a clear estimate of the costs. The installation technicians were very prompt and efficient with the installation. They were very neat and used protective equipment to keep my floors and carpet clean and safe during the installation. Much appreciated follow-up by the owner during and after the installation. Cory was great to work with, he was able to get everything squared away the way I wanted and provided me all the details. While they did replace my old working unit with much more efficient system for the entire house it has already improved the cooling and heating across the board. I am greatly excited to see what my new energy costs will be for this system. They are awesome to work with and I am very happy with the new system.

i have had Fenix company taking of air conditioner and furnace for 15 years and have never had a complaint about the service. Just had new air conditioner and furnace system installed. The installers completed the installation in a timely and courteous manner. They did a great job of giving us information on the new system. I will keep my heating and cooling business with Fenix in the future.
