Chris was our technician and he was FANTASTIC. Could not recommend this company more. Came out on a Friday night at 7:30 pm to fix our heater, explained everything that was wrong and didn’t over charge us. Even showed us how to fix it if the problem occurred in the future. HIGHLY recommend this company! He not only fixed it but addressed previously unknown safety concerns without additional cost.
