I have nothing but great things to say about Fenix. They replaced our HVAC System and we were very pleased with their quality of workmanship and the wonderful customer service by all. Everyone we spoke to on the phone or met in our home was helpful, professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend the Fenix Company!

The sales person was honest and willing to supply what my houses needed and not what he wanted to just sell me for no reason or to make extra money. All the technicians were very friendly and able to explain things in detail. The new system made a huge difference in our home within 5 hours of installing it. Even though our backyard was not in ideal working conditions due to being relandscaped the techs did everything possible to make sure that the yard was maintained and that zero mud was brought into the house. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service.

Fenix delivered as promised, from assisting us on equipment selection, estimating cost, and finally installation and explaining the operation of the systems and thermostat functions. I give them an A plus in all aspects of buying a heating and air conditioning system. Their installation crew showed up on time and finished as promised, plus took great care in protecting our carpeting and cleaned up after work was complete.

Recently had Fenix replace my aging furnace and AC unit. After getting bids from 2 other companies I decided to go with Fenix and glad i did. Price and the fact that they were a Lennox dealer were the main reasons. Installation went smoothly and technicians went out of their way to cover all carpeting and keep everything neat and clean. As they finished up the job a city inspector showed up so that gave me piece of mind knowing that it was all per code. Would highly recommend giving them a call if you are needing any heating or air work done.

My project had two parts. I needed an HVAC company to disconnect my two outside AC units and move them off to the side so I could have a new concrete pad poured. Then I needed the HVAC company to come back and install both units which was after 2-3 weeks. When I called Fenix the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and clearly understood what I needed. He was able to provide me with a price right then and the price was quite reasonable. On both service calls, Fenix called me the day before to remind me of the appointment and also called the day of the appointment to tell me they were on the way. I have used quite a few HVAC companies around town but definitely will use Fenix again. I was quite pleased!

I had an old system that was 18 years old and not doing a great job at heating or cooling all areas of my home; not to mention high summer electric bills. I spent countless hours on the internet educating myself on HVACs and reviewing various brands to determine whether I should replace it. After deciding it was probably a good idea to get some professional advice, I had several companies come out to review my current setup, make recommendations and provide a quote. Luke Parthemer from Fenix was the only one to address some shortcomings of my current setup and make a recommendation that he felt was the best value. The Fenix installation team arrived on time and were very professional & friendly. Tarps were laid down on my floor and the work area was clean when they left. They also went over all the things I needed to know about my new a/c & heating system. This new system appears to have resolved those problem areas, but Luke offered to come out and do some tweaking if needed. I highly recommend Fenix Heating and Cooling. I felt they were very honest and value me as a customer.

I was experiencing A/C issues and decided it was time to replace my 20 year old builder system. A neighbor had used Fenix Heating and Cooling, so I called them. Luke Parthemer gave me a bid. He was knowledgeable and very professional in his presentation and answered all questions that I had about getting a new system. The installation was quick and seamless with no issues.

I have been using Fenix for about 10 + years and they have always taken care of me very well. I am on their annual service plan which certainly pays off when something has gone wrong on my unit. All the guys have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly each visit. They just installed an entire HVAC unit and did with professionalism and no mess for me to clean up! I will continue to use Fenix and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!!

This was the first time we've upgraded an
HVAC system and have been pleased with the outcome. Having adequate and efficient AC is wonderful. Cory was prompt in providing a competitive quote and Chris was on time to install. We would definitely recommend Fenix.

Complete new system. 1 day installation and running fine. install crew was professional and used drop cloths in and around work area to keep work area relatively clean. No complaints for me so far. If you do some homework a lot of problems are not the system but the installation especially if its troubles out of the box. Happy with Fenix with the way I was treated.
