    Called to look at my Lennox explained problem to service person, said they could come in a few hours. Before the repairman arrived he call to ask exact problems. Very professional plus charged me $30 less then the company that was there twice and never repaired, billed for both visits.

    Luke P. advised and confirmed that we had selected the correct type of furnace and condenser units for our home. Installation was fast and painless even with the 102 temp outside..., kudos to the installers... except that removed sheet metal parts were placed on our front lawn and the hot sun heated the sheet metal and killed the grass underneath.

    I had a friend that worked here and I have always gotten good service from this company expert people. HVAC repairs are not cheap nowadays. These guys are pros but you will pay top dollar for service. I would recommend.

    Fenix came to service my HVAC on a Saturday. After numerous hours of failing to determine the problem the technician stated, "I'm calling it for now we will have to have a new set of eyes try on Monday". So I went all weekend without heat in 15 degree weather. After numerous other issues and hours on Monday the unit was finally repaired. Then, the technician wanted to charge me for the Saturday diagnosis. HE DIDN'T DIAGNOSE IT ON SATURDAY THOUGH! So I refused to sign the bill and told him I wanted to discuss it with his manager. The technician lied to the manager by telling him he knew what was wrong with it on Saturday just didn't have the right parts. WRONG. He even went to the shop on Saturday to get a part that didn't fix the issue. After, arguing for about 15 minutes with me the manager finally gave in and stated, "because you went without heat I'll go ahead and bill for the regular diagnostic fee". How about because your technician was unreliable and untrained you'll wave the fee since we did not do want we are trying to bill you for!!!

    I called them last summer when our AC quit cooling in the middle of a heat wave. They promptly arrived and fixed the problem. It was a fairly small fix and they did not try to snowball me with a high dollar up sale. I really appreciated the quick response and fair pricing. I will continue to use this company.
