Finex is an awesome company who gave us several options on new heating and cooling and worked with us to get what our house needs and with our budget. I can already tell a big difference from our old system. I highly recommend Finex from the in home survey for bidding to the actual install, the owners and employees are on the next level of service. Fenix installed our new Heating & AC system recently. They changed from a 2 system heat pump to a 1 system with zoning. It works beyond our expectations!! Luke & his crew of installers were amazing. They were quick and precise in dealing with a complicated system, which had included a "century" fireplace for added heat to the whole house. Excellent experience with this company from the first phone call to request someone come out to give me an estimate to follow-up after the install. Everyone involved was courteous, attentive and took pride in their work. I needed to replace an aging Lennox heat pump/AC. A professional assessment was made of what would be best for my home. All my questions were answered promptly and were reflected in the quotes I received. The installers were top-notch, knew what they were doing and paid great attention to detail. I placed a call to Fenix at 730pm on a Saturday night because my air condition was not blowing cold air. Eric the technician called back within 10 minutes and was at my house in 20 minutes. Air conditioner needed a new compressor. it was installed and air is working great. Eric was very professional, listened to my questions and answered some concerns I had.
I have used them as my only repair company for years. I recommended the highly, thus the 5 star rating. I give Eric a 5 star rating also!
