Phenomenal service from start to finish; both management & installers answered all my questions/concerns during my HVAC change out experience. Made a good choice and know they'll be there for me in the future.

Fenix did a great job for us. They were very prompt, professional, clean and friendly. They delivered what they promised on the day they promised. They treated our house like it was their own. We love our new systems.

Cory did a great job discussing Lennox products, options, pricing and financing during the initial visit. His team did an outstanding job installing the system in one day. We are very happy with our purchase and now saving money every day on cooling costs, just in time for the summer temperatures.

I've only had good experiences with this company. My A/C quit working and they were able to get somebody out the same day. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. Very pleased. I've used them once or twice before with heating issues, and never had a problem. Highly recommend!

We have been using them for the past 15 years, for furnace and AC check ups. They did nice job for us, Don one of the Fenix employee did excellent work for us, he retired recently, we expect continued good service from the next employee.

Had a/c problems this summer in house I just bought. Previous owner got it from fenix. Didn't want to pay for service call as labor wasn't covered by warranty anymore. Service manager gave me some troubleshooting ideas over the phone. Very helpful. Ultimately I couldn't fix it so Chad had to come out. He fixed it and taught me a bit in process. Great customer service. Having heat or a/c problems sucks, but finding a comany you feel you can trust to make it good without breaking it off in you makes it suck less. I'll definitely be checking with them first next time I need service or product.

Recently had a heating and air conditioning system installed. A friend of mine has been using this company many years and highly recommended them. The workers were on time and answered all of my questions. The installation turned out extremely well. The two stage system is much better than the single stage system I originally had. The temperature is much more balanced between the basement and main floor. I would highly recommend this company. Pricing was very reasonable.

We shopped around and checked out all the HVAC companies. We ended at Fenix Heating and Cooling because of the customer service and the price.
Luke came out and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. The unit is quiet we hardly know its running. We went with the high efficiency unit.
