They ran a little late but called to inform me. Very professional and patient. Sold me an entire new heating and cooling system with all the bells and whistles. Looking forward to the install next week and was great about repairing old one to get me by until install.

Update: They came back the next week and performed the massive undertaking of installing an entirely new HVAC system in the basement of my home. I was pleased but I noticed water leaking the next day. Levi came out promptly and fixed it. He also noticed a few other things missed on the initial install. They returned again to install more equipment and make sure I was 100% satisfied. I’m very happy with my new HVAC system and will be using them to replace my upstairs HVAC system as well as put one in my garage. I will also use them for other services. Thank you Levi, Dakota, and everyone else who helped with this process.

Jonathan was very professional, honest, and informative while he was here. I have an old system and he made every effort to work with difficult equipment. It is working better than it has in 10 years. Mist companies have only added refrigerant and sprayed it out for 20 minutes and were gone. He took the time to fix all that was wrong. I would recommend him and your company to anyone. Thank you for the good service. You and Jonathan have made our home liveable in this heat.

Advantage is wonderful. They came out on Thursday the problem was briefly fixed but Friday morning my ac wasn't working again. I called Advantage on Friday to ask if they could schedule me first thing on Monday because I knew they were closed on the weekends. The lady i talked on the phone who was also wonderful said she could get a tech out first thing Saturday morning. Dakota came out figured out the problem turns out the condenser motor assist was bad. Dakota replaced it and now my ac is nice and cold. I highly recommend advantage they've been absolutely amazing!

Levi tried to fix my old AC compressor, but alas it was done for. Advantage worked with me to get financing for a new AC system. Even though they were back logged with work, they sent Dylan and Eric to doe the install just a few days later. All 3 were very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Advantage! Compared to competitors I have used in the past, Advantage made a life long customer out of me!

I am so happy with Latta-Whitlow! They have been beyond exemplary!

I have been having issues with the system that was in my house when I bought it. It was never able to keep the house below 75, 76 on even a 90 degree day. They tried some repairs last year and it worked better, but nothing besides replacement could fix the fact that it was an undersized system when it was originally installed by another company.

Also, shout-out to the office: Whomever I spoke with was awesome, understanding, and flexible, and even though we are in the heat of the summer, they got someone to our home the day we called in!

The service technician was on time, personable, and a great listener. Their replacement proposal had a number of options and they were able to get my husband and I finacing so we could upgrade our current system. The tech also provided a small portable AC unit to keep our bedroom comfortable. It made our bedroom feel like a hotel room and instead of a miserable long week it felt like a mini staycation!

We were told the install might be a little challenging because of how tight our mechanical room is. The installers showed up early and worked late. They did such a fantastic job! I don't know much about heating and air systems, but the whole mechanical room looks so much neater and tidier than it did before. Everything from the equipment itself to the pipes and whatnot looks so much cleaner. I even took some pictures but I'm not sure it does their work justice.

It's currently 100 degrees outside, my house is 70 degrees and the ac isn't even phased! I didn't know that was even possible!

I am soo happy I chose Latta-Whitlow. Best decision, hands down, no brainer.

Dakota has been by the house a few times for different maintenance calls, for
our system. He’s always very pleasant and talkative. Always listens to our concerns and address whatever we asked of him. He’s just an all-around great person!

Angel was professional, informative, knowledgeable and friendly!! My Dog only barked once, and went right up to him .. My dog will usually bark a lot until the service person would leave in the past .. Angel explained about Duct cleaning since I had some concerns about possible air flow restrictions from late December of 2022, and I have scheduled Duct cleaning now!! Angel also explained about everything he did today also !! Highly recommend!!!
