Pat Plumbing, Heating and Air

I called first thing in the morning. Someone was here by early afternoon. Dalton was pleasant, professional and very helpful. The price was completely reasonable. I am satisfied with the job done and would recommend this company to family or friend's. I've used other local services and wasn't impressed. I will definitely give any future business to Pat Plumbing! Super nice staff!

We recently bought a house and have been dealing with issue after issue with plumbing, to find out we have roots that grew through our pipes. Wyatt had to come out twice, and both times he was the best! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made us feel very comfortable with the process he was doing. We have a son who wanted to watch as Wyatt worked, and at one point I wanted to watch too, and he was more than willing to let me and the little guy observe! Andre came out the second time to find out the issue was roots growing through the pipes and I was terrified to hear that news, but when he explained how everything happens that way and the ways they fix it I was able to breathe a lot more. I started worrying about how long we would have this issue and the cost (of course), but Andre helped set my mind at ease and we felt we were/are in great hands with them both on the team!

If/when I need more plumbing services I definitely will be calling Pat’s Plumbing, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks!

Addition! We had to have our air conditioner removed to get our sewer line fixed. Of course Mother Nature causes a STORM on the day we are supposed to get it done, so our appointment is rescheduled. I called to say we have no AC since they had to remove it for the appointment, and the company gave us a loaner unit to use while we waited! Then, today when everything was finished and our AC was getting reinstalled we had Michael who was very knowledgeable, super professional, and the sweetest! I had more than a few questions, and he answered them all with patience, thorough responses, while also reassuring that no question was a bad one! He explained everything he was doing with the installation, the issues that could arise, and how air conditioners work in general!

I know this is a long review, but I cannot express how amazing this company is for EVERY issue we have had! 10/10 would very much so recommend!!!

Second time calling pat's out for plumbing issues. The guys did a great job fixing me up as usual. They answered all my questions and made sure they explained what they were doing. Also included warranty on my purchase. Overall great company to deal with.

Came home to my laundry room floor covered in water😢 Called another company but they weren't available till later afternoon tomorrow so I called Pat Plumbing and they were able to fit me in within a few hours. Wyatt was very friendly and professional, explained everything he was doing and got it done in a timely manner!!
This is the 1st time I have used them and will definitely use them again!! Highly recommended.

After scheduled appointment, they sent text saying they would be out sometime that day. So after waiting all day in the heat, I finally called only to get a return call saying they wouldn't be out until next day. So I knew they would do the same thing the next day, have you waiting just to never show up or even call to tell you. Basically wasted 2-3 days being strung out and preventing me from calling a reliable service because I was waiting all day for them to show up. So called Jaw Valley they sent someone out that night !

Daniel serviced our AC and did a great job explaining what needed to be done, he provided options to do some preventativ work and completed the work promptly. Very good experience. I did not rate the value b/c I am not at all knowledgable in what HVAC services costs but was very happy with the work

They were very responsive when I called, and because my issue was a quick fix, they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Wyatt was very polite and informative, and fixed our issue nicely. Highly recommended!

Wyatt was very friendly while also professional. He did a great job and explained what he was doing as he went along. Overall a great experience!

Seth did a great job of explaining what was going on with our old Water Softener. Seth also walked us through the process of purchasing a new system that will better suit our family’s needs.

Our AC although running was not cooling the air. It didn't take the technician long to determine the problem and resolve it. He was very polite and readily answered all of my questions. He kept me informed of everything he did so I would know. I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism.
