Marshal was on time and was very polite and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my A/C unit and resolve the issue in a timely manner. He was very good at communicating what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would definitely recommend and use Latta-Whitlow again.

Kudos for responsive service during a very busy time, even showed up early to avoid charging me OT. Although I wish they would have asked more questions on the phone before the appt just to say it’s broke and they can’t service my model, then charge a svc call fee. Probably could’ve saved time for others that needed help.
The follow-up was good, but I didn’t find it reasonable to replace all my equipment just so it would be a serviceable model by L-W, LLC.

4 years ago, they did a great job installing a new furnace and a/c. I've been very happy with it. On Saturday, the a/c capacitor quit. Adam the technician did a great job fixing it.

Angel did a great job! He's very polite nice young man. Answered my questions very thorough!

Angel Beltran was very professional in his service today. Knowledgeable about the system, answered all our questions. Would welcome him back if ever needed.

Since they couldn't schedule my installation until Friday Angel installed two portable units to help me out until then. He was very friendly and efficient

These guys were great. The service tech Angel was awesome, they found the electrical issue and repaired without throwing in unnecessary cost. I’m calling this shop again for maintenance and repairs HVAC.
