They showed up on time and explained what needed to be done and made sure to clean up after the work was done. Very professional and efficient even with the problems that they found and had to fix to make the ductwork usable, that was already in the trailer house. I am very impressed with how well they handled the situation and fixed it. I would recommend them to anyone they are amazing.

Angel was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He answered all of my questions and even cleaned my AC unit outside. He was patient with each question I asked. He informed me about each step of the process. He made sure he respected my home by having his shoe covers on each and every time he went in and out of the home. I definitely recommend him and his company! Professionalism at its very best.

Been a customer of a competing company on several of my properties over the years I have never had the level of customer service that I had today on my first time using this company. Previous company did not want to dispatch a tech until Monday on a no heat tissue . Latta dispatched same day . Communicated when tech was going to be later than originally quoted . Received a text including a picture of the tech to expect and their whereabouts. Tech professional on site . Even honors veterans discounts . Have earned future business on my properties !

We recently bought a new home and the a/c was about 25 years old so we new it needed replaced but of course we waited till it went out instead of replacing it before. They sent out 2 guys to come give us an estimate on what it would be to fix the problem or replace it. Marshall and Angel were not only professional and helpful, they made sure I understood what was happening and how everything worked. I loved that they were actual technicians and I did not feel like they were there to sell us anything we didn't need or want. We did want to get quotes from a couple other companies to be safe and felt that the other companies were very salesy and not nearly as professional. When it came to installation, again they were very professional, they came, did what they needed to do, made sure we knew what they were doing and everything went very smoothly. Eric and Dylan were very kind the entire time! Overall I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked, they were great!

Latta-Whitlow was polite, responsive, and explained everything. I asked for 2 estimates and they gave me 4 with multiple options and each option was explained with pros and cons. Once we made a decision they were there the next day for installation! All of the crew were conscientious and I was kept informed as installation was on-going. Best experience I have had with a heating and air company.
