Because my home's HVAC system is well over 20 years old and likely nearing the end of its service life, I asked Latta-Whitlow to provide a cost estimate for an updated, more efficient heating and cooling system. The company dispatched a service technician to inspect my existing HVAC configuration, and he spent at least 20 minutes discussing different upgrade options and patiently answering my many technical questions. Within a day or two he also provided written technical specifications and cost estimates for five different upgrade configurations, clearly identifying which configuration provided the highest benefits for the lowest cost. I was greatly impressed by technician's knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. I wish all service technicians were as customer friendly as this gentleman from Latta-Whitlow.

My technician Angel was very professional and performed the annual maintenance in a timely manner. He also also made adjustments to my furnace as needed. He was great!!!
