I have used Comfort Designs for 20+ years! They are the best! I have received nothing but timely, professional and reliable service from them. I would recommend them completely.

Excellent response time to my Saturday morning furnace emergency. Turned out to be nothing more than a switch that was turned off by accident. No charge for the visit. Very grateful for his honesty. We thought it was the thermostat which could have been replaced and we would never have been the wiser about the real problem. We will definitely call them again.

Comfort Designs Heating & Air Conditioning is one of the few companies that have integrity and high ethical standards. I dealt with two well known HVAC companies and ended up with a heat pump that still could not be used properly, along with structural damage. Comfort Designs came out, fixed the problem, and went well beyond expectations by showing me how I can improve my heating and cooling environment. They are truly a company that cares about their customers. Their opening statement on their website describes exactly what their customers experience.

The tech was very knowledgeable and fed my curiosity. We talked about common solutions used when a unit is sized correctly but the ductwork isn't designed correctly. Even for just a consultation, these guys are looking out for what's best for your system and not for what they can charge extra for. Good guys.
