Comfort Designs was able to get a new furnace installed in just a couple days during a busy time of year as temperatures were dropping. We really appreciate the professional response to our need. They got it done as promised, on time.

Trent and Steve were very professional, informative, and thorough. On top of that, they were very friendly as well. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Comfort Designs. From the first estimate to my conversations with the office staff to their installation and final visit for the city's inspection, they were first rate with a better price than any of the other companies from which I received a bid.

Was able to get an appointment same day. Scott was very nice, explained the problem and took care of everything.

So I waited awhile to do my review but back at the end of last year these guys installed my brand new mini split system and it's been fantastic, Scott came out with a few of his guys and knocked the install out in one day.

Well this week the system had some minor struggles and slowly it started shutting down each head.

I had called for a service call and as expected they were pretty busy this week and scheduled me a appointment for next week.

Well the system started to struggle more I called the office today and asked if they by chance get any earlier chance to come out and Casey as fantastic as she is got me scheduled for Monday.

Not an hour later their tech Ryan called had got done early at a job and would be over immediately.

He cleaned the outside condenser and the system is running fantastic again.

These guys have been fantastic and I refer them to everyone and can't say enough good things.

They are my absolute go to for my annual service calls and recommend them 100% of the time.

Ryan came out and did an amazing job. I had my capacitor quit Friday afternoon. I called at 3pm, thinking I was gonna be in trouble being the weekend right on the doorstep. Ryan was here 30 mins after I called, completed the work and servicing the unit within an hour. So I went from no AC to AC in less than two hours on a Friday afternoon.

Comfort Design took excellent care of us in such a timely manner. We called Monday morning to schedule a service call as our air conditioner wasn’t cooling. The first appointment was Wednesday afternoon, but they put us on the will-call list in case of a cancellation. We were told upfront the diagnostic cost, so we had not surprises. Scott, with Comfort Design, called at 1:00 Monday afternoon that he could come shortly.

Scott was so professional and thorough; he took a picture of the issue so we could see the repair he made. He also thoroughly cleaned the outside unit.
We totally will recommend Comfort Design to others, and they’ll be the first call when we have other AC/Furnace issues.

Installed a new, hard to find hvac system we were looking for as well as repaired a noise on our 2nd unit. Very fast, professional service, no issues at all and very competitive pricing.

This is a local / family owned company that I’ve used for 2 years in a row. I’ve had two of the owners sons come out to do maintenance / small repairs on my system. They are both great guys that were more than willing to spend extra time with me to teach me about my system. They never seem rushed but always arrive on time!

I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a call for maintenance or repair. They’ll have my business as long as I live in the area. 🙂
