Was in a bad place with trying to deal with a previous tech that messed up my system beyond anything so he just walks away and tries to say my issue was my fault. Called Comfort Designs and talked with Casey. She got the right guy on job that knew how to trouble shoot and after Scott got there he had it figured out that indeed it was not my fault and he could fix. Being under a time crunch they were able to help me and within 24 hours of calling them I was up and running. My house had sold and it was very important this problem was resolved fast! Great job and Scott is such a great guy. Very trustworthy!!

I was so grateful to have found not only a company who would come out to my house at 7pm but not charge an arm and a leg to do it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I truly appreciate everything Casey and Ryan did for me after coming home to a house that was 85 degrees! Ryan was so kind and explained everything he was doing and took extra care to make sure it was running correctly before leaving. Not only will they be getting my return business but I am happy to spread the word! Thanks again!!!

I can't say enough about the strong team at Comfort Designs. They have been out to help with airflow problems, educating us on how to use the thermostat settings (emergency on) so it is most energy efficient, and most recently, spent a long time investigating the cause for a very high cooling bill. They go above and beyond in everything they do, always with a sincere, genuine smile while taking extra time to make certain that I understand my options. They are the best! I have referred many people to them and will continue to do so.

From the moment I called Comfort Design, I was treated with respect. The lady who scheduled the appointment was beyond nice, and helpful. The service called before showing up, and was extremely helpful with showing me how to clean things myself AND didn’t make me feel ignorant for not knowing how. Great service all around!

Comfort Designs Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., was very cooperative and installed our new split A/C system just the way we preferred. Their work was timely, very neat, and skillfully performed.

The Bryant model, 116B, 3 ton condensing unit is extremely quiet--the quietest unit I have encountered! The split system, that includes a Bryant evaporator, cools our house well.

I am grateful to have found Comfort Designs, recommend them, and would hire them again for future installations or repairs.

Once we became comfortable with the bad news, our experience improved. We spent a few nights in some very uncomfortable heat. Even though it is the busy season , our install was pushed up. Everything went well and they were completely done with the job in one day. I am happy to report that we are sleeping well again.

I used Comfort Designs when my air conditioning broke down this summer. The staff is wonderful to work with and very helpful. I also signed up for their maintenance plan. I highly recommend it. They are always very easy to work with and are very accommodating. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
