Last month Custom Designs installed an HVAC system at our residence. Bill explained the entire process to us in detail from the beginning, and as a result the experience was pleasant and painless. The staff was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgable and most importantly honest. They hold themselves to a very high standard, provide the highest the quality service, and were responsive to any questions that we had throughout the installation process. Our new system works great and we are very pleased with it. As a result I will continue to use their services in the future. I highly recommend Custom Designs if are in the market for heating and air conditioning services, because in my opinion they are number one in customer satisfaction!

We had a great experience with Comfort Designs. We knew we were needing to replace our system soon. We called, had a consultation got the quote and the job was completed in about 8 days from start to finish. The removal and installation was done professionally and promptly. The technicians were polite and professional, not to mention friendly. Fair pricing, great work and great people!

I had purchased an Ecobee thermostat. I was going to install it myself. Then I started looking at the instructions. Thankful I called a professional company. They sent Ryan over. He installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. He took the time to set up my phone ecobee app also. Ryan showed me how to use the thermostat and app. Ryan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I could not ask for more of a professional and courteous company. Their are other companies out there that provide the same service. There is only one company that I have experienced the service and customer service that is at a different level. I am glad I chose the right company to install my thermostat.

My furnace went out on me yesterday and today I have a brand new furnace installed and working great! Super fast service which is a blessing in the middle of January! Really friendly and professional technicians made for a great experience. I very highly recommend Comfort Designs and would never consider going to anyone else.

I highly recommend Comfort Designs. I have used them for years. They installed a new unit at our last home and now doing upkeep maintenance at our new home.
