Highly recommend Comfort Designs! Our furnace went out on a Sunday. I called and received a call back within 5 minutes, letting me know someone would contact me about looking at our furnace. I was happy the emergency weekend visit was only $50 more than a normal visit. The tech called me and gave me a timeframe he expected to arrive and he was right on time. Very professional, explained our options and tried to get the unit running until a new unit could picked up from the warehouse.

Unfortunately, our unit died in the middle of the night. I received a call first thing Monday morning to check the status and was told they would let me know when we could expect replacement. With the snow storm received the weekend this happened, plus temps in the 20s, I was expecting a few days before they could get us scheduled. I received a call a few minutes later asking if they could come now!

Within 24 hours of the 1st visit and letting is know what was wrong, we had a new furnace installed. I'm very happy with all levels of service received from Comfort Designs, from the techs in my house who were very thorough, to Casey communicating payment options and quick service. I can't wait to recommend their service to others!

We had our heat pump and blower unit replaced this year and Comfort Designs did a great job. Great local service, honest and no bs. Every service tech that's been over for either the installation or the semi annual checkup has been professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to talk through what they see and what they are doing. highly recommend

After checking with multiple businesses, Comfort Designs was the best choice. They were quick and efficient with their work. We've had our system for a couple of years and they're always great when they come perform yearly maintenance. We've had zero issues with their work or our new system.

What a fantastic opportunity to enjoy their services.. Bill and his crew were able to install both the heating and air conditioning in one day. They took extra measures to ensure that the installation was done professionally. Bill's attitude and friendless immediately creates a sense of ease and immediate friendship which is essential while touring the home for specific needs. Rather than trying to make heavy profits and sales he makes recommendations choices, explains their benefits and allows you to make the choice. Their bids were also the lowest out of all three that I looked at. By far the best company to work with.

They have taken care of us for over 10 years. Honest, reliable, excellent work ethic, not rushy or to busy to answer your questions, treats you as if you are their best customer. When I call they are quick to schedule us in. I can't recommend them enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

From quote to install everything was low-key and professional. We took a long time to decide what to buy and when, but didn't get a bunch of high pressure phonecalls in the meantime... which I appreciated - they really let us go at our own speed. Install was perfect and everyone was very polite. Would definitely recommend!

Our a/c unit stopped working in the 4th of July. We didn’t find out until that night as we were away all day celebrating with friends. I called Comfort Designs first thing the next morning and Ryan was onsite within an hours time. We were up and running in no time at all. We’re very happy with their professionalism and prompt service, we’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done!

I called on a Saturday. They showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem. Then Monday morning they went and got the part they needed and installed it and everything worked great. The gentleman that did the work was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and answered my questions. Everything was professionally done!

Scott came out to assess and provide annual maintenance on my AC unit. He was thorough, honest, and took his time to explain things to me. We recieved excellent customer service from a local, family owned and operated business. We will absolutely call the team at Comfort Designs for any future work!
