After talking to Bill shortly afterwards he came by to take a look, hoping a simple fix had a tech out within a hour to find out not so much. After we got other estimates we went with and spent the extra for the service and warranty No one offered. Within a couple days they arrived and replace the complete HV/AC units and removed and cleaned up everything. Even relocated the AC unit for my future deck plans. Already have recommended and will continue to.

Just wanted to post an update. The capacitor on our air conditioner stopped working. They had someone out the next day, midmorning. With other companies we've had to wait 2 weeks during summer to have similar repairs done. We're very appreciative of their fast and friendly service.

The technician was, as always, on time and very professional. We have worked with him before and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had our problem corrected in minutes and spent the time to explain how I can keep this problem from happening again. I could not be more satisfied with his work, his demeanor and professionalism. Scott installed a new heat pump for me last winter. Very smooth installation! He just came out & did the preventative maintenance on my 2 systems. Love this family-run operation! Scott is so friendly and does a great job!

Our old contractor grade unit was on its last leg and too small for the size of our house. I called them on Friday. Bill came by the next morning and gave us a quote. He had a crew out on Tuesday morning and had a new unit installed that same day. Unit is running great. Couldn’t be happier

I was recommended to the pros at Comfort Designs by the distributor for the mini-split unit that was horribly installed by the contractor during a room remodel. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got my unit working in short order. I can’t recommend them high enough. Great work guys!!!
