We've been an ASAP member for a year. We had a water leak and called Anthony out to investigate it. They ran a diagnostic and were unable to find the issue that caused the leak. We mentioned we'd seen some water around the bottom of the kitchen faucet but they said that wasn't the problem. Instead, they suggested they fix the pipes underneath the sink which cost over $900. Unfortunately, a week later when we came home from vacation, there was a big water leak that damaged our hardwood floors. We called Anthony the next business and they took 3 days to call us. back. They said it wasn't their problem. In the meantime, we had to fix the leaky faucet that caused the water damage ourselves. After several more phone calls asking them to help us resolve the issue, they said they would reimburse us the $900. Unfortunately, that reimbursement never came and after several more calls, they said they were only going to reimburse us half of the cost and it was up to us to fix the damage to our hardwoods. This was such a headache to deal with. I will never use them again. Terrible customer service.

Our technician did a great job fixing our problem. He was very competent and fair. We will definitely have him for our next project. We are glad to know about your company.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nick Bustamante for an air duct cleaning service. Nick and his fellow techs were prompt, very professional and friendly. I have an older home which made the service a bit challenging. However, Nick problem solved and presented a workable solution. So, I really appreciate Nick going the extra mile to complete the service. He mentioned that he’s a perfectionist, and as a customer I can vouch for that. I’ll continue to recommend Anthony’s, because they never disappoint.

Started with a breaker continually blowing. After changing that out it kept happening. So I called Anthony and they had an electrician out that day. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the issue was with my sump pump and not the breaker or the power source. DJ set the appointment for the plumber to come out the next day so I didn’t have to. Got a call from Chris at 7:15 the next morning. He was out by 7:45 am the next day. Swapped out the pipes and put a new sump pump in. Chris was also super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient. Would without doubt us Anthony again for plumbing and electrical just from my experience with Chris and DJ. Highly recommend. Also, in a time when cost is going up on everything, I don’t feel like their costs were unreasonable for the work they did at all.

Kyle and crew did a great job adding an outdoor electrical outlet for us. He was very conscientious of the final outcome and went over several options to make sure what I visualized and needed would happen. Very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Erik Leyva-Hernandez is FABULOUS! He explains things in practical and understandable terms; he is responsive and professional. The front office, however, needs some work on follow through and communication. I had to call 3 times to get any information on my service call/parts replacement I was expecting today.

My A/C wouldn't cool the house, so I called Anthony's this afternoon. They were able to get someone out within 3 hours of my call. My starter (or whatever the real name is) had gone out on the A/C. They had it diagnosed and replaced in less than an hour. I'm very happy with my tech, James' work and the company as a whole.

Chris came out to the house today and continued to impress me in all facets of his job. He is a stand up guy and I really appreciate his help and support he gives my family. Anthony Plumbing and heating are stand up people and I am happy to have them on my side.
