Super quick response. The repair man was friendly and very efficient. He had everything evaluated and fixed. He was excellent and I highly recommend this company and the employee they sent out. Was nice to have a company with customer service because most now days are totally unreliable!s

-Main Kitchen Line
-New Main stack/w clean out added.

This work that has been completed is working flawlessly.

Price is higher than most but you get a lot of management over head support along with it. This is good as we ran into issues with a few things and after reaching out to their management to explain they did everything to make it right. They took our advice and used it as a coaching moment for their technicians.

4 star for the fact that their field personnel are not cross trained in all the plumbing services. Instead they have individuals who only do certain aspects of the job. This can be a benefit to some however as a home owner we expect a plumber to be trained to take care of any issue up to the certification they are allowed to legally. Instead we had multiple trips that could have been consolidated to only 2 or 3 not 8.

For future serious plumbing problems I do recommend calling Anthony Plumbing. We plan to use them in future if any issues arise.. 🙏🏼👍🏽

Joey and his apprentice (I believe his name was Jacob) were very punctual, professional and thorough in the work they did. They set the expectations at the beginning of the appointment of what they would be doing and at the end answered all the questions I had about the service they performed. 10/10 would recommend

We had a septic system issue that was dealt with efficiently, honestly and professionally.
The guys that did all the work were kind, respectful and knowledgeable.
The job was done and they replaced our property as if nothing had taken place!!

Lavell Roberson is the only person I want working on my plumbing! He is so attentive to details and doesn’t make you fix things if they aren’t broken! He will give you things to put on a “to do” but only recommend what is necessary! We’ve had him work on 2 projects each done amazingly well. He takes time to explain everything which I appreciate.

Overall Anthony’s plumbing heating and cooling is great! We will use them for all of our future projects. We have also used their electric services and they did a great job! Highly recommend with no reservations

We have been customers of Anthony's for 3 homes over the past 20 years. We are currently using their home maintenance program. This helps us keep everything in the best running order without surprise repairs.

Installed our new water heater and was very professional and on time. He did everything needed, correctly and felt comfortable being able to leave him at my home while I had to go pick the kids up. Highly recommend. Also customer service is above most all of others even outside of this field. You call. They answer. Unfortunately that’s hard to find now.

My AC unit went out on Saturday afternoon, and Anthony scheduled a service call for the next day (despite it being on a Sunday). My technician (Erik) was professional, personable, and efficient. He fixed the problem, gave me good insight on the rest of the unit's life expectancy, and adjusted dampers to ensure proper ventilation. I was quite impressed with Anthony, and cannot imagine using a different company for my cooling/heating/electrical needs in the future.

Comfort Advisor Brian very professional, explained details of the project, time frame, duration of project during the day. Detailed estimate of pricing as well as a few additional options but not at all a sales pitch. I Asked a lot of questions and thoroughly answered. Installation tech Kevin and crew were very professional, on time, cleaned up, thoroughly reviewed new systems and finished during the duration given. Extremely impressed with Anthony’s from start to finish.
