Plumbing Technician Shawn Williams was a consummate professional. He fielded any and all of our questions and concerns and treated our home with the utmost care during a toilet replacement and installation. We will definitely be requesting him going forward! The customer service management team is an asset to the entire Anthony experience as well. They listened and responded with care to our issues and concerns from a prior service. They made sure to send a technician the likes of Shawn W., and made sure that we were beyond satisfied. We’ve been Anthony customers for over 8 years, and will continue to be. We just had our system replaced by someone else.
System was underperforming and Anthony came out to diagnose. They put our previous system in 10 years ago. They offered a full system leak check. Based on the conversation and price (almost $500) seemed like it was going to take a while and require a lot of testing with specialized equipment. Technician just used a simple leak detector you can get online and it took less than 10 minutes, so I’m already feeling ripped off. The A coil was bad. 5000 to replace according to them which seems crazy or like they are just trying to push you into a new system.
They sent out a sales guy the same day and offered to put the cost of the leak test toward the system which was good. Even with our “discount” of being a customer for over a decade and an ASAP member the whole time, their price was 70% higher than 3 others we got within a couple days for the exact same equipment. Yes, 70% higher…

I can’t recommend Anthony to anyone now because it feels like they tried to take advantage of a long time customer just because our system was not working.

If they are giving you a quote at least get 2 others.

The service we received from Matt, Jacob, Josh, and Elijah was top notch from the moment we made the initial phone call. Everybody was so friendly and professional. We have never experienced such prompt service when it has come to replacing a heating and air system. We are so glad we made the call. Dylan was courteous, respectful and made sure we knew what the problem was and had some options to correct. Once we settled on what option he got right to work. Came back in answered all our questions..he is a good guy and Anthony's should be lucky to have him on their team

I'm also pleased due to the fact that somehow I missed the call that a tech was available and by the time I called back in, the tech had already moved on.

But... The call taker somehow found another available technician and sent him instead.

The tech, Seth, was great. Efficient and professional, he took care of my plumbing issues without any difficulty and I felt like he knew what he was doing. I really like this company. Their customer service reps, plumbers, and electricians have been excellent

This company is fast, efficient & friendly. I put in a request for a consultation on Saturday late afternoon. They were there Monday at 930 & installing on Tuesday at 9am! Very clean, professional and explained everything they were doing & did.

Hunter did a great job. Hunter and his supervisor help me decide which solution would be best. I am very pleased with the decision they help me make. Hunter obviously knew what he was doing and worked quickly to solve my problem.

Jay did an amazing job! He explained everything that needed to be fixed. We had had this problem of leakage in the water heater for awhile, and he was able to figure out quickly what was wrong. He explained each step and went through the cost. He was super nice and worked well with us! Super informative and definitely knew what he was doing. He was able to fix the problem fast too. Overall great service!
