Had a great experience from scheduling to having work done. Seth was an ace technician with plumbing. Kyle was a master at the A/C and Dan The Man with the camera and plumbing plan. They all went above and beyond. I wasn’t treated as “just a girl”. They were great teachers and explained things well. My mind is at ease. Finally, getting the house a nice “tune-up”.

Edgar did a wonderful job! He completed our smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors installation and a small light fixture issue. He was very professional. This company is lucky to have him as an employee.

Matt gave me great information on my system during a check up, and I asked a lot of questions, and was happy to answer them. He is very passionate about his job and was a wealth of knowledge.

We had a drain back up and spill water into our basement. Anthony sent out DeJean the next day and he did a wonderful job. He was able to clean out the drain and now it’s functioning the way it should again. I’d highly recommend this company to others.

Professional and knowledgeable. Just finished up the final inspection and the inspector had a lot of good things to say about them. The inspector said everytime he comes out to check their work it's always good. They do a great job. Ease your mind and just use this company. They are pretty much the best out there in my opinion.

I purchased a water heater and needed it installed by a professional plumber. I called Anthony on Monday and they came out that afternoon. I could not get them to give me an estimate without a service visit, which of course requires a payment for the visit (and then a free estimate, I suppose).

I was quoted $1,123.50 to install a water heater I already had in my possession. I would have been charged the service fee of $99 ($89 with their maintenance plan, which I had signed up for) regardless, and I was in desperate need of hot water, so I agreed to pay this amount and in fact did pay it. However, since the whole process took less than two hours to complete, that comes out to a whopping $500 per hour for the service. I think Chris did a good job, but I do feel that they overcharged me significantly for the service. Since I bought my own water heater, it's not even as though I got warranty protection from them. They did haul away the old water heater, but that should have been between $50 and $100 from quotes I've gotten since. It doesn't justify the $1,123.50 bill.

I just wanted to alert others that Anthony Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric charges about twice to three times what some of their competitors do. I wish I had done more research, but the high Google rating of their business fooled me. I won't make this mistake again.

Edited to add: I was able to touch base with someone at Anthony's and to verify that I had indeed received these services from them. The very nice lady to whom I spoke on the phone, however, was really unable to provide any assistance to me on this issue and stated that they have "flat-rate" pricing and that no itemization would be available. She also could not answer whether a permit had been pulled (or was necessary) for the work, which is also something I need to know. I have not received any resolution of the situation other than a very nice "We're sorry you feel this way." Just a warning for others.

Victor came out today to put the camera through our pipes and diagnosed where our blockage is and what needs to be done to correct the situation. Did an excellent job, very friendly, professional and all around great service!

Chris was a great technician! Very personable, informed me along the way, offered options and recommendations. Got my AC up and running very quickly!

Shawn and Lea were charming and professional. They don't make the prices, which are too high and corner you into a service agreement, but they made me feel as good about it as they could. I would have them back anytime for future repairs!

Shawn Williams was a fantastic technician. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to explain issues, gave us options and great advice. He signed us us for their ASAP program (SUPER affordable vs ABMay) without doing the “hard sell”. Even tightened our loose kitchen faucet free of charge and looked at our water heater.! We look forward to seeing him again!!
