Westerhouse Heating and Cooling, Inc. is a great and reliable company to do business with. They are honest and truly care about providing the best quality of service and follow through with outstanding customer service. Aaron is very trustworthy and we choose to have all of our Heating & Cooling work performed by Westerhouse Heating and Cooling.

Aaron and the Westerhouse crew (Chris, James and Tanner) did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system. They were conscientious. For example, they took the extra step of putting in a new, appropriately gauged copper line where it was needed and they greatly cleaned up the appearance of our older air ducts where they came into the heating and fan units. They were honest. When I shared the research I done about American Standard's electronic air filtration unit producing ozone (I had called the academics who'd done the testing research), Aaron was straight with me and helped me decide on a filtration unit that did not produce ozone. And they gave me a fair price. They have my trust. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Westerhouse is a first class operation and a great team. The ownership is fantastic and highly committed to taking care of their customers. If you have a HVAC emergency, they will find a way to get your problem solved quickly and properly.

If you need a mini-split installed, this is the place. They were reasonably priced, fast and did a good job installing 3 mini-splits in the upstairs of our cape cod. My wife was very particular about how the tubing would be ran on the exterior of the house because she thought it would create an eyesore. They listened to us and worked out a nice solution in hiding the tubes.
I have to give the boys credit, it was a nasty job crawling through our knee walls to cut holes and run tubing. I never heard anyone complain or try to rush.
The whole process went well from the bidding to the installation to the clean-up. They even filed our warranty paperwork for us, which is unheard of. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Westerhouse service since Mike started the business. Even through Mike is home the business is just the same Very Dependable and honest.
