I've been using Westerhouse for over a year now to do my fall and spring tune ups on my Heating /AC. Work has always been completed in a timely manner, on schedule, and with friendly technicians. Scheduling is easy and the staff is great to work with. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I was frustrated with the big chains and their high prices. The first time I called and talk to the owner at Westerhouse, I knew I Had found someone I could trust. We have used them for three years now and I am very glad. They never try to upsell me or get me to buy some thing I don’t need. My air conditioner is working perfectly now and has been for the last three years. Their ad says they work in Lawrence, De Soto, and Eudora but I live in Olathe and they take good care of me. It also feels good to support a family business.

Westerhouse is the ONLY company that our family will use, as we are proud to support our local businesses! They truly care about their clients and our community. And Aaron always goes above and beyond by making himself available. Westerhouse provides great quality work, friendly service and competitive pricing!

Our AC was making a horrible noise, is less than 5 years old, and still under warranty. When we submitted a claim, the AC manufacturer assigned Westerhouse to be the repair company. We had some frustration at first trying to communicate with Westerhouse through our manufacturer but once we contacted them directly, one of the owners came out to explain our problem, fixed the noise, and waived the service fee.

David was awesome. I met him 6 month's ago. He was at my neighbors house and I had a question for him. The company I was using recommended I replaced a part on my AC that was going out. They quoted me $300 for parts and labor. A month later I seen David across the street. I asked him about it, and he only wanted $60! I gave him $100, and from there he/his company has earned my business! So far, great company!

Everyone that I have had at my home and spoken with on the phone has always been professional, friendly and helpful. I ask lots of questions and get knowledgeable answers. No one has tried to pressure me to buy a new air conditioner even though mine is quite old. They keep it working just fine. The technicians are prompt and do a great job. I highly recommend this local company.

Westerhouse has provided maintenance and repairs on my HVAC system for the last 3+ years. They are typically true to their estimated schedule, courteous, and the technicians explain what they have done and/or give me options as appropriate. Their fees are reasonable and they don’t try to up-sell me.

Westerhouse technicians are all professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. This is a wonderful business that I’ve used for years. They always go above and beyond.
