I have used numerous HVAC companies in our area. Westerhouse, hands down, has been our favorite to work with. From new construction installs to maintenance on existing units. It's obvious they care about their clients as much as they do their business. Aaron is especially great to work with. He communicates directly to provide advice and is happy to listen to questions and concerns. It's nice to be able to trust someone is looking out for our best interest along with theirs. I'm very thankful for their service and look forward to continuing our relationship.

Westerhouse was recommended to us when we were having a low voltage issue. We couldn’t be happier with their service in our low voltage issue and now also use them for our maintenance services. Update: We have a new house and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Sunday morning our heat wasn’t working. Within an hour and a half they had our furnace serviced and running. Very impressive, especially since we are more rural.

They make you feel like part of their family- taking the time to explain what is going on, listening to you and helping provide options that are reasonable for your personal situation, responding quickly when called out to your home, and their fees are well within reason. I can't say enough about how awesome this company and their employees are; and I'm glad that I listened to the colleague who referred me. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my AC and heat.
