Our central air stopped working and made an appointment and they were able to come the next day. Ben was sent out and was right on time. He figured out that it was a faulty thermostat. I installed the old thermostat in 2007. I had him install a new thermostat and the one he installed was a much better quality one than the old one. He made sure everything was working correctly. Very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Aaron and Jake did a great job of cleaning our air ducts. They were very respectful of our house with removing there shoes, laying down tarps and cleaning everything up when they were finished. They were polite and explained the process, so I understood how the ducts would be cleaned. We will definitely be using their service again in the future. Thanks Aaron and Jake

My furnace went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called for help and Adam responded. Found a bad thermocouple and a problem with my thermostat. All repairs finished and back in service. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves, when a older person's heat goes out and your company tells her warranty has expired, so she trying to figure how she's going to pay for it week later still no heat she calls hacap to help they send someone over to help and come to find out Furnace was still under warranty! YOU ARE CROOKS MAKING HER GO A WEEK WITHOUT HEAT! BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS I WILL NEVER USE YOU CROOKS!

I called Novak because my condenser unit stopped running after I had new siding installed. They came out the next day (raining when I called) so quickly responded.

Julian was my tech, he was super friendly, asked what symptoms I was seeing, and quickly started troubleshooting. He was able to diagnose the problem easily (fuse box wire came loose during the siding work) and while he was here performed some general maintenance. Everything was explained well and he was very knowledgeable of his work.

I first called Novak Heating and Air soon after purchasing my home in 2009 due to a plugged flue pipe. They brought their new vacuum truck, unplugged the flue pipe, and replaced the missing chimney cap and I have been happily relying on Novaks service ever since.

On Saturday, my ac stopped working and I needed to rely on Novaks service again. I called the service after hours line and was told a technician would be calling me back. Ben called within 40 minutes, assessed my ac situation and came right over to look into the problem. Ben asked several questions concerning the ac performance, asked about my maintenance habits, and turned the unit on to assess its current performance, and he quickly determined the problem. Ben was able to get my ac back up and running with the parts he carries in his truck.

Because my air was not running for several hours and it was a high temp and very high humidity day, Ben explained what i should expect and why, that it would take several hours to get my home cooled back down to a comfortable temperature.

Because my ac is an older unit, Ben checked out other areas that could be of concern. Ben's diagnostics put my concerns to rest. All checked out normal.
