Novak Heating, Air & Duct Cleaning

The entire process of working with Novak Heating, Air & Duct Cleaning was simple from start to finish. I have an older air conditioning system and wanted to make sure it was running as well as possible in preparation for this summer. I filled out their form online and they called me the same day to schedule my appointment for service. In the meantime, Randy emailed me directly with items to check before they came out for service. Adam from Novak came out today to check my system. He was on-time, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the parts that were causing some issues, why they were causing them, explain the costs and fixed item as needed. There was no pressure with any part of the process and without asking he even wore shoe covers to help keep my new carpet clean when he came in the house - much appreciated there! Would highly recommend Novak!!

Adam was out today to help us with a thermostat problem and do an annual check on our furnace. He was very professional, helpful and thorough. I'd highly recommend him and Novak Heating & Air.

We have done business with the Novak company for at least 20 years. On our latest visit 'Adam' came to do annual maintenance service on our Carrier central AC system. We know Adam from past experience, and ... as usual ...he came on time: and has excellent customer skills, in addition to his technical expertise.

Ben and Adam were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing. They thoroughly cleaned the inside of the furnace and did a tune up. If I had questions they answered them. They reminded me about the battery in the thermostat that would need to be changed.
I would recommend Novak’s to service my furnace and a/c. We have used Novak’s for over 30 years.

Paul was very personable and thorough when cleaning the ducts and dryer vent in my house! He did an excellent job explaining the process before beginning. I explained to him that my Christmas tree was still up because I was too short to dismantle it. After cleaning the duct in the "tree" room, he said to me, "I'm sorry to tell you, but the top of your tree fell off!"
