Novak Heating, Air & Duct Cleaning

Having the A/C stop working when it is 96+ degrees outside, is never a good time. But when I call Novak's, I know that I will be treated right! I was able to call them after hours, leaving a message (did not consider it an emergency) and they called me promptly in the AM when they opened, scheduled a time; which the technician called and was available earlier, so came out then. He knew what the problem was just by us explaining what was happening and what we had done - replaced the necessary part (that was on hand in his truck) - and was on his way. Very professional, curteous, and knowledgable. Julian also explained their maintenance program - we will be signing up real soon! I highly recommend doing business with Novak's. They responded to our mechanical issue quickly , ordered what we needed and got it installed as fast as they could. We are completely satisfied. Julian and Scott were terrific, efficient, careful in their work and either respect for our home. Pleasant to work with and glad to have had their expertise.

Aaron and Jake did and exceptional job! I can't rave enough about how polite and professional they were. They took their time, made sure everything was done correctly and put everything back in place before they left. It's very apparent they take pride in their job!

Adam did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He was very professional and conscientious. He looked at the rest of the A/C unit and found a mouse-chewed wire that needed removed. Very pleasant to work with and inspired confidence. We signed up for their annual discount club based on our experience. I highly recommend Novak and Adam.

I have been using them for our service. They are punctual and helpful. I appreciate that so much when getting work done on the house. Also, they do duct cleaning like their name states. I would recommend getting this done occasionally! It makes a huge difference. So far so good! David was fantastic taking care of our service call this month!

Our furnace had stopped overnight and called Novak right away in the morning. They responded quickly and showed up when they said. Adam was the technician and he took a look at the furnace and told us what the problem was. He took the time to check the furnace over to make sure we don't have (hopefully) any future breakdowns over winter. He made sure everything was running correctly before he left and answered all our questions. We've always used Novak Heating and Cooling and have experienced great service each time.

Julian R conducted the annual AC checkup. He did an excellent job. Impressed by his knowledge and positive attitude. One part was replaced. He showed me the worn out part and what the replacement looked like. I signed up as a DC member to cover annual AC and furnace checks. He also filled out a rebate form for me. Great service.
