Novak Heating, Air & Duct Cleaning

From start to finish, Aaron and Jake treated our home like their own. Very professional and nice young men. The second team were equally professional. Ben, Chris, Julian were efficient, professional and patient in all aspects of service. Very impressed with our service experience. Just found my forever service team!

They put new Heating, air and Hot water Heater in 2015. Today Adam was very professional, Thank you so much my house is nice in cool 😎

The technician was able to resolve the issue quickly. He also tested aspects of the furnace to determine whether it was still functioning properly (or whether replacement was warranted). Prior to replacing the condensate pump, the technician attempted to clean it to determine if it was serviceable or if replacement was indeed necessary.

They do not try to upsell me on things that I do not need and always give me advice on what I could be doing to prolong the life of my heating and cooling systems. I would never use anyone else.

Adam was respectful of our home, was professional, complete and answered questions about our system and his servicing of it. He took time to do a thorough job and showed me the benchmark steps of the inspection process. He offered an optional air quality add-on but was NOT pushy as to put me off from considering it.
