Steve is a great technician. Very helpful! Very knowledgeable. I had some concerns with how the furnace is operating since I turned in on this fall and he did a complete inspection, cleaned it and adjusted the settings. He suggested a new thermostat which I will purchase based on his recommendation! I have had Novak come twice a year to inspect my AC and furnace since I moved here 6 years ago and love their service. It is very reassuring to know these systems are working properly.

Embarrassed to say I postponed a having a furnace checkup until now when I had an issue. My furnace stopped working overnight, so I called Novak this morning. They sent Julian out just after noon. Julian was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from the start. He thoroughly inspected our older furnace unit and explained all the issues as he found them. Ultimately the issues and cost to replace and repair weren't worth pursuing, so he recommended getting quoted for a new unit. Based on this experience I will definitely be calling Novak again for all future needs.

My thermostat was sending me emails that I had a furnace problem, although the furnace was producing heat. Turns out the thermostat was alerting me that there was a low speed drive problem. Adam came today and fixed the problem of a a plugged drain trap. He also redid some exhaust PVC from the original installation done seven years. These high efficiency units are great but they are complex and need proper treatment. I signed up for the annual furnace and air conditioner maintenance which helped with my current bill. Adam was great. He is very knowledgeable, professional, conscientious and friendly.
