Great company with terrific service! Their people are responsive, courteous and professional! We have used Novak Heating & AC for years.

These people have great integrity. Troubleshooting of my system revealed that incorrect ventilation was causing the heater to safely shut off. What I appreciate is Julian’s thoroughness and honesty and that they are owing up to their mistake and fixing it. The manager didn’t know I could hear him when Julian called to tell him, yet he was very honest too and determined to make it right. Mistakes happen and how we deal with them is the true measure of character.

Also, Julian talked a lot with me about my system and how it works, his troubleshooting step, and his conclusions. It was very educational!

Aaron and Escalade cleaned my dryer vent today. They were very professional and helpful. I will definitely call Novak again for services

I had my furnace stop working on a Sunday this week. Novak emergency line replied very promptly and sent John out as soon as possible. He was able to rectify the situation temporarily while we waited for parts. Once the parts came in, John was back on Wednesday and got everything back to normal with no fuss. Exceptional quality from everyone involved.

The installation of our A/C and heating systems went so smoothly, thanks to the knowledgeable Novak people! They did an excellent job!

As always Novak was quick to get professional service out and had my AC fixed and running in about 30 minutes. Always great service with reasonable prices.
