Novak Heating, Air & Duct Cleaning

Our old furnace broke again this week and I decided it was finally time to replace the old furnace. A while ago I saw several people online recommend Novak to someone else in a similar situation so we gave them a call. The process was as stress free as a furnace replacement can be. Great price, excellent service, excellent communication.

Great service! We were having our ducts cleaned and they were able to add the dryer vents on at a moment notice. Used shoe covers and laid down cloth to protect my floorings. Never had this service done but these gentlemen went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

We have exclusively used Novak as our HVAC company for over 25 years. They have always done a great job for any of our heating and cooling needs. On our latest service the Tech was awesome! He throughly checked the A/C and provided the needed maintenance. Very personable which is always appreciated. Keep up the great service!

Since moving here six months ago, I have called Novak Heating twice. Adam was the first tech to come out and he is very good at what he does. He is professional and answered all my questions. Today, Julian was out for a concern I was having. He also is professional and helped me find solutions. Obviously Novak only hires the best techs to work with them. Just like Adam, Julian is extremely good at his job. Let's not forget that sweet Kim. When you have a heating problem in Iowa in January, it's comforting to call someone you know that cares. I am so grateful I found Novak Heating.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and a repair technician called me back promptly after I left a message at the emergency number, and arrived a short time later. Although they didn't have the part needed for the repair in stock at their shop (we have a rare model of furnace), he got it asap in the morning and returned right away to complete the repair. We are very happy with the friendly service and professionalism at Novak.
