Novak Heating, Air & Duct Cleaning

I had service work done yesterday on my air conditioning unit, by Adam. He came across as quite knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue without trouble. Since I like to do annual preventive maintenance, he went ahead and did so and actually discovered a second issue that could have gone unnoticed, had he not been so thorough. I appreciate the fact that everything was taken care of in one simple visit instead of having the cost of a second service call. In addition, Adam spent the time to give me advice on replacement ideas, once my air/furnace get to that point. I have worked with Novak for a long time and will continue to because of the quality service they provide.

The techs Adam,Ben O.,Ben H. did a fantastic job. Very professional and competent. They also redesigned and installed part of the duct system that was flawed. Thanks for having guys of this caliber work for your company.

A few years ago we installed a new furnace, AC and I-Wave in our previous home. The system ran very well, and when we recently purchased a new home, Novak Heating and AC was the business we turned to to do the job. Adam and Scott were thoroughly professional, friendly and courteous installers and I highly recommend them. To top it off, the city inspector reviewed the job and gave these two Novak employees high marks for their work.

I called Novak to have a whole house humidifier installed. (We had used them for our new HVAC system recently). Our current one was not working and instead of looking to repair decided to just replace. My wife was due to have surgery and wanted it done before her surgery date. I was told that would be no problem and was set to have it installed the day prior to her surgery. On the day it was to be installed i was told to expect a tech between 11 and 1 and they would call. 2 PM rolled around and I called the office. Was told they ran into some problems on another job and would not get to it today. I never received a phone call. I had to reach out. The next day I figured I would get a call to get it scheduled and again no call. Same as the following day. I began to look for other vendors. 3 work days later I got a call and got it done. I have had no problems with the Techs in particular Adam and Julian do a terrific job and explain things well. My issue is the office and followup. I spent several hours waiting around for something that was never going to happen. Then 3 days later was followed up with.

Very happy with Novak. They have always done a very good job and arrived at our home promptly as scheduled.

Adam came out to do a furnace tune-up at our house. We just moved in so it was our first time having it checked out. He did a very thorough inspection of both our furnace and humidifier, cleaned it up and made some adjustments so that we get the best life out of it. He was super helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend Novak, and Adam specifically, for your HVAC needs. Thank you!!

Showed up in the window as they said. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Did a thorough cleaning of the unit and was a very fair price.
