I replaced my furnace and A/C units in June of 2018 using Service Legends. I have had biannual checkups with them since it was purchased and have a membership where I am supposed to get emergency service in 24 hours after a call. Last winter (2021)my furnace had trouble keeping up with the set thermostat temp and I had to have a tech out and they repaired something inside the furnace. This summer (2022) they had to replace a capacitor. Yesterday, Dec23,2022, I woke and my temp in the house was 60 degrees and my thermostat was set at 72 degrees. I immediately called Service Legends at 8 am, waited for 30 min before speaking to Linda, and she proceeded to tell me that I’d be seen today some time between an hour from now until later tonight. At 3:30 pm, I called again and waited 45 min to speak with someone and another rep finally answered. I wanted to make sure I was still on the list for someone to come to my home and repair my furnace. My temp in the house was 59 degrees and still set at 72 degrees. I was told by this different rep that I was still on the list. At 9:30 pm, I called again and waited 45 min and no one answered so I left a call back # through their phone tree process. It repeated my # and the recorded voice said I’d be called when a rep is available. I started calling at 7 am on Dec 24 and waited another 45 min without an answer. I called back and left my number again. It’s been 26 hours and my house is still very cold. The temp raised to 62 degrees with the help of a fireplace and a space heater. I’m very disappointed with the new furnace and A/C I purchased from them and even more disappointed with their service contracts telling me that I’d get emergency help within 24 hours. One other item that was disappointing was that I had a thermostat installed by them when the new furnace and A/C was installed. It was supposed to allow me the ability to set my thermostat with an app. I was never given a code and could not access the program and when I called to get the code, they didn’t know the code and they never offered to fix it for me. I was also told that this furnace and A/C should be able to heat and cool my house without problems. A 3-1/2 old system should not be having this much trouble. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

First of all, the woman who answered the phone when I called did an amazing job in my stressful situation. I literally just bought this house and woke up freezing with no heat. Secondly, Staaci the tech and Devin with sales both did a great job explaining everything and had excellent customer service!!! I'm so happy I picked Service Legends for my hvac needs. The best of the best. 10/10

Service Legends provided outstanding service for a critical repair.
MidAmerican energy advised me that I had a gas leak in four Spots on the piping due to condensation overtime going to the furnace and the water heater, even though both were Installed within the last five years.
Matt came out and worked all day repairing the lines and even waited until 6:30pm for MidAmerican to complete the inspection and turn the furnace back on. He did an outstanding job; This company really lived up to their name from start to finish.

I am extremely impressed with Service Legends! I had a very complex air quality problem in my home due to a HRV that was not working properly from a previous company. Several people from Service Legends came out to my home and spent a lot of time understanding the problem to identify the best solution to achieve my end goals. Matt Wiese and his team including Devin and Jason are patient, compassionate, hard working, and continuously looking for ways to improve my home and helping it function optimally. The technicians who came out were superb as well. There were a lot of challenges with my home and I felt I was in good hands from beginning to end. I had called and talked to several other HVAC companies before deciding on Service Legends. Service legends attention to detail is the best I've seen. Their follow through is reliable and dependable. Service Legends detected a possible leak of freon in my air conditioning unit. They made a second trip to check it out and see if the unit was still cooling. Excellent company!
